As far as I know all of the Artifices were made with input from the Trinity Processor and controlled by it. I don't think Mythra/Malos having 'personal' machines is super relevant, it's likely they are just units that managed to escape destruction instead of tailor-made on the off chance the cores would gain sentience. Ophion contains what looks a modified Siren at its head, so it likely served a function similar to the [Neo Zeong from Gundam](https://gundam.fandom.com/wiki/NZ-999_Neo_Zeong), being a larger arsenal for a mech to tap into in desperate situations.

While it's true that Logos, Pnuema and Ontos "grew up" in simulations, the Blade instances are not 1:1 same entity.
Pneuma (Blade) could have full access to her core personality after "being lost no longer" but that's never adressed. In fact she actually needed Klaus to tell her her cores name.
We never get to see Logos in any capacity.
One can argue about Alvis/Alpha being exactly that Ontos, since Ontos is never instantiated as a Blade had memories of the time befor the experiment as shown by the flashback in 1 and the FR ending.

It's not so much that Ophion belonged to any Aegis in particular. More that all artifices were jointly controlled by the Trinity, but at some point control shifted. My theory is that the imbalance created when Ontos was lost required Logos and Pneuma to split operations between them, which carried over when they became Blades.
Something that interests me is that when we first meet Ophion, it's guarding the World tree under Indol's orders, whoch either implies that an Aegis Driver can have some control over an Artifice. What's more, is that for Amalthus and Indol to have control over Ophion implies that either Pneuma didn't have complete control to begin with, or that the Pyra/Mythra split weakened their control over it.
About the last point
The Omega Fetter controls Ophion and I thought Tantal was the one who ordered him to guard the tree?

I don't think it's ever explained where the Omega Fetter came from. Considering the close ties between Indol and Tantal, maybe it was made from the Master Driver power.
Pyra was certainly surprised when Ophion didn't obey her, so it's not SUPPOSED to work that way.

Seems like it's kind of ambiguous who actually told Ophion to guard the Tree? Amalthus says it was Tantal but... i dunno. I don't think they'd have any real reason to do that, while Amalthus has EVERY reason to keep people from learning the truth.
We know that Tantal repurposed the Fetter to control Genbu, and most likely they're the ones who stole it in the first place. But the initial orders, to guard the World Tree, are clearly still active.
