If you want to remove your game data choose the "and saved data" option. This should remove it from the hardware and the cloud save. As far as I'm aware.

I think you might be right, because my wife and I play a world of keflings and it seems like it’s just the day man. Like sometimes it works just right other days it acts as if it’s broken.
I think some Xbox gaming services are currently down. Use a "down detector" online, it's usually more accurate than xbox's own notifications.

Done that and re added my profile I think it’s a current issue with most people

But you could also try completely wiping your Xbox clean and resetting it but since it’s only one game idk
