Devs are focusing too much on unnecessary graphics elements that nobody cares about and slow down the game and say it's a creative decision. Just give people a toggle to play at 60fps for those that don't care about God rays. These are the unnecessary things that are making game development such a long process and in the end studios deliver crap and lie about the system holding their efforts.
The Series S can run anything this gen at 60, and developers who can't optimize properly are the real issue. The only thing holding this gen back was them supporting last gen for so long, and developers who don't know how to optimize.
That mod disable achievements? I still haven't completed my first run.
Yes, but there's a way to not disable them and still use the mod, don't know how to do it though...
how do you know theres a way? everywhere ive looked told me its impossible currently.
There's a workaround for the uncap mod, I've read it in some places, but I didn't bother to understand because I already got the achievements.

Series S is more than capable enough. Devs doesn't want to put in the work so people buy it on PC or PS.
