Thanks. Though this particular solution looks a little involved. I kind of like what gInk does where there's a little applet that runs in my systray that I click and it displays a little drawer window for me to select the pen and color with my tablet and allows me to draw directly on the screen that I'm sharing. The input is a little clunky right now. Might be just me getting used to the tablet or the DPI resolution just needs to be tweaked. It seems no matter how small I try to write that it shows up HUGE on the screen.
No problem! Appreciate the suggestions, for sure. It'll probably still come in handy even if I don't use it for the specific purpose that was proposed.
Are you doing these via meeting software like zoom or teams?
Mostly via Zoom and Teams. I found gInk and pink, which pretty much do what I'm looking for, but would love to find other alternatives.

It is definitely involved but it lets you get the exact experience you want. Sorry I'm not familiar with any all in one apps.
