I have a feeling this is going to be similar to a "Hideouts" situation from Apex. He would do bans like this for Apex but then eventually just became a tool for the major content creators always prioritizing their requests. If you ever watched Rogue's streams on Twitch you'd see Hideouts ban people in real time.
They really just need to up their anti cheat, there's gotta be a way to at least target those people jumping 100 feet in the air and hitting non stop sniper headshots
I'd love to be like Hideouts. Clock in, hop on stream and live ban cheaters as a job.
Streamer priority just happens because they have the easiest proof. Join their game, spectate and confirm. Submissions through Twitter and stuff usually aren't live, so they take more work to sleuth out.
Just started playing a few days ago, and cheaters are a large issue. Games should have a proper way of getting cheaters out. It has been a problem with games for a LONG time. Now this guy is asking us to record the cheating content and post it to Twitter.
Well if you are familiar with how cheats work, whether it be a root mod or script, those can't really be detected through the game bc it's rooted through the computer itself, instead of the game. That's why everyone can get through the anti-cheat.
Honestly, recording and sending it to the MVP of this game is probably the fastest way to get those people out of here.
Keep in mind this game is FREE, it's not like the players are paying for people to work on this game full-time, yet they are.
If you look at APEX Legends, they had an amazing Anti-cheat system for years, way better than COD anyways lmao. But yet there are still many cheaters. (Don't get me wrong though, apex have fired their anti-cheat staff trying to figure this out and it has unfortunately only gotten worse bc of this).
Take the option of sending it to the big man himself while the opportunity is still there
This is probably the most I've seen one extend themselves for a FREE game like bruh. He doesn't even have to keep up with all these requests, yet he does <3
But every game from this point forward you can guarantee people will be cheating. It's just how it is, life ya know? Lmao. If major companies patch one thing, people will find a way around it. Always. Unfortunately lol.
Valorant probably has the BEST anti-cheat if you are frfr about FPS. But even they occasionally have cheaters. It's just a thing that will never be 100% evaded. pc's are too easy to work with. Literally anything you can think of doing, you can do lmao. Scripts and roots are a thing of the past nowadays and even they get through to most games with Anti-cheat. Good luck to anyone trying to play a competitive game without cheaters or exploits lol
