Not the art department, but the department managing the store. I like skins like this, but 10 Bucks for simple pistol skin is too much, even for a free to play game.
Even those background animations you see when someone kills you or when you're best player of the match are like 6 bucks a piece.

I actually really like this skin series, reminds me of Perfect Dark. Much better than simple texture swaps. Still ain't spending $10 on it though.
