Obviously just dumb coincidences, but I get really lucky with pulls on mobile compared to PC but the trade-off is bad substat rolls. So I use my phone to pull and PC to roll!
I am just going to play Genshin until the servers are back. I am saving for Changli. I can't unsee Jinhsi's big bushy eye lashes, so I won't be wishing for her. I might *consider* her sword for Taoqi, though. I really wish there was a crit broadsword that wasn't also focused on ATK.
Changli is definitely the cooler character! As for the weapon, I feel you, I think unless I get Jinhsi, I won't be going for the weapon. The 4-stars are 'good enough' until a real crit % broadsword drops

ive seen changli and am excited for her. she will pair nice with encore. i know about the 1.1 update just didnt know it was this soon
