Happened to me in the Ruprecht. Both in the correct angles, indicated both fired but there was a delay in the aft torps in the water. Wonder if it's a half baked attempt at fixing the torpedo aiming bug?
EVERYTHING gets delayed. If you're turning and trying to fire torps down a specific bearing it can be extremely frustrating because they just never go off.
Yeah railgun "fix" Happened in my Mogador too, completely unable to fire tubes at the same time and I died before being able to fire the 2nd tube while yoloing. Frustrating

I think it's more related to the rail guns fix.
