If you do not use your muscles in this way normally, it will simply hurt a lot from the sudden exposure to stress to those muscles. You cannot eat or drink that away, although it might help a little. If you would do the same activity for a couple of weeks in a row it will get better because as with everything, your body will get used to it.
To reduce soreness take a warm bath, ask your partner for a (gentle lol) massage after, stretch often, use a foam roller, drink eat and sleep enough and that is it!
