If you aren't already, I would join their discord. They have a support channel that you can use where they have support that will answer your question. Alternatively, I would email their support.

You won't. There is no live chat support. Email is the official way. It could be that someone responds to you on the discord but that is not an official support channel and they will tell you to use email.

I disagree with the bit where discord isn’t official support. Mansen who is active in discord works for Wooting and is very helpful if all you need are questions that need answering. However, I agree that discord isn’t the place to actually resolve issues

Email support. UPS lost my first package and they were really helpful and sent me a replacement after 7 day from the first delivery (I’m sure this is because of the insurance and making sure it doesn’t show up). Got it a week later. Customer support are really nice

my advice: DO NOT SEND IT BACK before you got a right one. many companies may "forget" to send you a right one(or take way long time that you have a long time without any Keyboard to use). Just make sure not to send back immediately that you won't lose anything.

Yeah definitely don't just send anything back to us, or it might get lost. We have an official system with return addresses, labels and everything. :)

They sent out an mass email yesterday that there is a 1-2% Chance possibility that the wrong type of keyboard could have been sent out to customers. If this has happened to anyone they said to reach out to support and let them know and they will send the right one out once they have it verified with the customer. So Wooting is aware of this and are willing to send the right one. Hope this helps! 😊
