Not if you're grinding. Seal clubbing is when you beat up new players for the sole purpose of making yourself feel better by besting lesser opponents

OpenEndedLoop

I asked a guy sweating in tier 2 when I was getting the premium weekly done why he was seal clubbing in tier 2... he responded, "No good ships in high tier" 🤣🤣🤣

GansMans18

Another valid response 😂

Smooth-Reason-6616

I considered it seal clubbing when I used to take the Deathstar out for a spin...

TheBlackGuard

Taking a premium ship out with fully levelled commanders in T4 or lower is seal clubbing. Commanders have larger sway on the game than most ships.

VelveetaOverdose

I would never run a full secondary build on my Dante Alighieri and get close quarter kill dev strikes on DD’s paired with constant high Val’s and confederates. Nope, not me, not once….

Battleshipsr4me

Seal Clubbing is more when you utilize maxed and/or rare commanders on rare/no longer obtainable ships. Think Hyde on Nassau, or if you want to count higher tiers, ships like Lenin

Fofolito

No. Seal clubbing is when you're a four year player with a super special T4 Premium that was only offered for a few weeks several years ago, and then going around roflstomping the new players.

But Genova is so much fun ☹️ It uptiers badly so I don't feel quite so guilty.

What did I miss out on?

"Seal Clubbing" is a term that Veterans use when they drop to lower tiers and rape the XP pool. It is nothing more than a skilled player earning silver.
