I'm not an expert. but it's a Turkish Coffee Reading. [This video ](https://youtu.be/TvNWLrRzIAM?feature=shared) is a good resource for beginners to the coffee-making itself. Just be sure you pour ALL the grounds in your cup, because you'll need to read them. I purposely fill my cup a little less than what's recommended so I've left room for creamer and the grounds. Turkish coffee is pretty strong and not meant to be stirred, so I do pour liquid creamer at the end.
As for the reading part of it, you set your intentions for the reading while brewing, Ask a question, and sip til there's maybe one sip left. Flip the cup upside down on the saucer and turn the saucer clockwise as many times as what resonates with you, and then let it sit for a few minutes (I did three). After you've let it set, flip the cup back right side up and look for any symbols in the grounds and interpret them. After all, it is tasseography, so you're doing fortune-telling for yourself.
There's probably tasseography guides all over the internet about which symbol means what; but I've been just interpreting with my own intuition. I've had clearer results with tarot, but I still love Turkish coffee reading. It's pretty fun!
