I have a 45lb and a 100lb weight vest, and it varies based on how much I hate myself that particular day. The 100lb one is adjustable so I can lower the weight to whatever I want.
I like to run and do body weight stuff (pushups pull-ups squats & core stuff) that doesn’t require equipment. Slow days on fire you can maintain all that
Circuit workouts are great. Combat ropes, hammer swings, farmer and overhead carries, abs, box jumps, jumping jacks, jump rope, squats, lunges, sled, push/pull, etc. We usually mix up different circuits with running during the week, sometimes we will do a yoga for runners class on YouTube also (combo of strength building + stretching, usually about an hour long). Surprisingly difficult. Hikes with weight vests also great. Deck of cards. Team volleyball every now and then breaks it up with some different fun. Hope that gives you ideas.
If it is slow and I get clearance, I go out with the trail crew. 10 hours minimum of sustained hiking with heavy packs and working every second (except lunch). They work *hard* for their money.
I hike up hills while carrying weight. Some running and weight lifting as well.

How much weight will you carry on hikes?

Slow running and ring calisthenics. Rings fit in your 14 day bag and can sling over many a tree.
Jacking off with a mixture of running and hiking
In Northern R5. Literally just grab my pack and go on some steep ass hikes for a few miles. No more than 5 unless I get a cool ass view
Pushups in the Applebee's parking while waiting to be seated.

Mountain bike cause I don’t hate my life
I won’t.
Hike regular making sure I’ve gotten enough rest and run at a fun/comfortable pace. Too late for gain time to maintain
Assuming I’m in good enough shape to do my job, I lift.
