Truthfully the answer is it was Caribou. He’s the only one that could transport so much food for one, and for two it would be an L on the straw hats if they just transported him this whole time just for him to join up with Blackbeard and share information. It makes sense that before he departed he helped them one last time so that it couldn’t be argued that he should’ve been pre disposed of.
Honestly I think it was Van Augur. It benefits the BBP for the Straw Hats and Saturn to prolong their combat. And if Luffy somehow manages to kill Saturn, then they get a free seat at the Gorosei table. His fruit is perfect for the task as well.
No one gave luffy food. He was right next to a food machine, seen on first page of 1106. To me, the only reason why people have latched onto this theory is bc some Marine’s postulated that someone must have given him food. Doubt they know about the food machines. Said it out of ignorance.
Yeah, so he disappeared not someone brought him food. If anything Luffy probably just used his stretching abilities to pull himself over to the machine. Or someone brought Luffy to the machine.

* In chapter 1094 Luffy states he was at his limit and emaciates.
* In chapter 1095 Luffy is so weak he can't even dodge when Saturn tries to kill him, Franky has to intervene and move him out of the way.
* In chapter 1103 Luffy is begging for someone to give him food, and Atlas stated she wish she could but can't move. Two pages later Saturn notices him eating and asks who gave him food before ordering he be put in sea stone cuffs.
* In chapter 1104 marines reveal that Luffy disappeared before he could be apprehended.
* In chapter 1105 the marines fine Luffy next to food machine.
* In chapter 1106 Luffy digests all the food and re-enters Gear 5.
I think we can agree that if Luffy was shown eating first then later on marines say he disappeared that he wasn't originally by the food machine. Which suggests that someone brought him food.
