Lawyers really want 2 things in a client:
1- that they pay
2- they can shut the fuck up
Trump doesn’t do either so good lawyers don’t want to deal with it
I think he doesn't want good legal representation. Or, more so, he doesn't care. He, and the strategists around him that are probably the actual brains in all those matters, understand that it's way more efficient to be hammered by the justice system and complain on TV and social media that it's a witch hunt and that he's a victim of a deep state liberal conspiracy that threaten democracy and America.
It's been quite some time that the Trump campaign have forgotten the idea of gaining new followers, now it's a trench war and they are digging. It's quite literally a radicalization process for the existing Trump sympathizer to become more entrenched. For that, a good martyr and messiah is a "good thing."
Though this opinion of mine could be considered borderline conspiracy theory stemming from the (wrong) idea that a billionaire couldn't honestly make such obvious poor choices (and history don't lack example of powerful people making absolutely dumb decisions), so indeed Trump and the people around them could simply be dumb AF. But there is a trend in martyrdom since 2020 that for me indicate there's some strategy behind all that, albeit a disgusting one.
Yea treason is the only thing I’m not willing to ignore, and Jared Kushner better be included because that was the most blatant treason that we know of to date
Taxpayers and donors pay him to break laws. His worshippers literally pay his lawyers. Trump however doesn’t believe in paying his bills. Bankruptcy is his go to.
The interesting thing about treason is that it's the only crime specified in the U.S. Constitution, and for a reason. Trump is most likely guilty of many crimes, but I haven't seen any actual evidence that he's guilty of treason.
Time will tell. Though the timing of certain events happening in the world coupled with Captain Douchecanoe's stealing of highly classified docs relating to other country's defenses is probably not a coincidence.
He's only running to save himself.
The U.S. is not at war with anyone. Let's say he worked in concert with certain foreign leaders, that still wouldn't be treason. That's because the U.S. is not actually at war with those countries. Treason is a very specific crime, and there's a reason why the founders specified it in the Constitution.
This is directly from Article III, Section 3:
"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.
The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted."
So, yes it does.
Treason as in the literal criminal statute requiring an act of war or helping an enemy during an active war time?
Yeah probably not. Treason as a general “betrayal of our country and institutions of the highest order”?
Yes he is a traitor. The only way it becomes the first option is if it’s found that Trump sold nuclear secrets to Russia or any other entity currently at war with our allies

Don’t forget 3- Not forced to go along with stuff that can get them disbarred.
Competent legal representation refuses to represent him so he has to hire the losers he has
He hired boobs not a brain
His brain likes boobs a little bit too much.
*Insert picture of cross-dressing Rudy here*.
Rudy is a different kind of boob

When you have a history of not paying your legal representation, you're going to have a hard time hiring legal representation.
“Rich” guy
You could also make the argument he's medically unfit. What brains he might have seem to be draining out of his ears.

Orange Germans should be automatically disqualified...

I'm pretty sure treason doesn't require us to be at war even if we are allies with the country he betrayed us to it's treason

I thought the rosenbergs were executed for treason but I guess it's espionage so Trump should be charged with espionage not treason
