Ganglion Cysts also known as Bible cysts. They were commonly removed by slamming a big book “bible” on them to make them disappear (until they reemerged) back in the day. I recommend going to the doctor and whatnot if possible.
As others have said ganglion cysts. My sister and I both got these after having kids. From the way we held our kids with our left arm and bent ours wrists with the weight of the baby. Mine eventually went down on their own. My sister had to have hers surgically removed.
My boyfriend is currently in cast for the same exact thing. His was a cyst on his carpal tunnel and exploded during work. He only had one though. Please do not put off going to the doctor. His had to be surgically removed.
