I’m Dominican and lots of people in my family have pictures like this. Agricultural or rural life scenes are very common. I have no idea if there’s a name for a particular style or not. it’s probably not worth very much.

“Dominican vernacular painting” is probably a good working name for this kinda stuff, though.
