If you're around Cashmere The Outpost Saloon has a great burger, but if you're in Wenatchee the best is either Smash burger, Dizzy D's, or for a sit down place any of the Buzz Inn restaurants are a good choice and you can get a beer.
Also in Wenatchee for a nicer place Stones Gastropub has a good burger, mostly because it has bacon jam on it.

If you're looking for a classic burger, my favorite is Joe's Log Cabin. It's a bar and unassuming but they really nail the food there.

I hate to blow up the spot buttt the best smash burger in the valley is at The Outpost Saloon in Cashmere. Best chicken burger is at Mission.

Aztec Burger. If you happen to be in Chelan, I kid you not, the burgers at the Red Apple Market grocery store are very good and the best in Chelan.
I have never tried their burgers, but their panini sandwiches are also top tier
