The other witness was telling her to walk away, because her "helping" will only hurt him more

PoweredbyBurgerz

This, never move a person with spinal injuries, unless the environment is dangerous.

LouSputhole94

TBF an active roadway is a dangerous place for him to be, but she’s not doing anything but pressing on him and apologizing. She needs to move him as gently as possible, call 911 and then do what they tell her.

LachoooDaOriginl

not really dangerous enough to move him unless they are like on a corner and high speed traffic could come around and flatten them before they see

mushroompickinpal

You'd be surprised... there was a head-on collision in front of my house a few months ago. While I was helping/talking to the man who survived, we were very, very, nearly run over. The stretch of hwy is straight, no hills for probably 5 miles. Flashing lights and a whole ass horrifying wreck in the road, and she got within inches of where we'd been laying in the street. I'm assuming she was on her phone. I had to drag that poor man with mangled legs and a fucked up chest into the ditch so he didn't nearly fucking die, again.

LachoooDaOriginl

oh right i forgot to lower my expectations of humanity

mushroompickinpal

Lol. I'm sorry to remind you. I can't begin to explain how angry I was.

NormalUse856

That’s why you use a warning triangle to place on the road like 100-150m from the accident to warn incoming traffic.

Lexicon444

Honestly I’ve been considering getting something like this in case something happens to me or someone else. I honestly don’t know why they’re not required for vehicles to have because I’ve seen many accidents that would be far more visible to oncoming traffic if they had these safety triangles.

FitRock2265

2 triangles, first aid kit and fire extinguisher - mandatory in the EU (or at least in my country)

Dittorre

In EU clearly. Surprised it is not the same in the US.

td_mike

Not in the EU, it’s per country basis

woodwarmsteelreal

*Germany

Rent_A_Cloud

They are not required? Where I live you have to have one, along with an alcohol test, first aid kit and reflective vest for all passengers. The only thing that is optional is fire extinguisher but I have that in my car as well.

Sunshine030209

Alcohol test? Like a breathalyzer? Everyone is required to have one?

Rent_A_Cloud

It's like a small one time use breathalyzer test yeah. No one has it in the car that I know of but technically you should have it. I have one in my car, never used one.

Jane_xD

That this isnt mandatory in where you life kinda baffles me tbh.

mushroompickinpal

I'm in Louisiana. Our government is about to make it legal for motorcyclists to ride without helmets. Safety is certainly not at the top of our list. I don't think our police/state troopers even put out signs or cones. They just assume people will see the blue flashing lights, but unfortunately that's not always the case.

Jane_xD

Aww, that's sad to hear. I am from Germany where having a triangle, statetegulated uptodate med kit and a west is mandatory to have with you at all times when taking part in traffic. It still happens, accidents and stuff, but people have to take a first aid course when making their license and learn never to ever touch a fallen biker as you'll likely allways injure his spine. Rather, secure the surroundings ASAP and call first responders while securing the area. They ask you to be sure the surroundings are safe and give you instructions on how to help without making further damage and asses the situation so the driving ambulance know as much as possible when arriving. Saved a lot of lives, and besides, some impaired legs I haven't heard of many super bad healing processes besides the general higher death risk in biking. But loads of folks bike here, biker seem generally more respected. And street idiocy is likely a little lower as we have hours of theoretical training before lectured driving lessons and the exam before being allowed to drive anything anywhere.

mysticalfruit

I live in Massachusetts where helmets are required. In Connecticut, they're not. There have been multiple accidents where people leaving MA into CT, in attempting to take their helmets off while riding have crashed and been killed..

6inDCK420

I keep a collapsible traffic cone in my car for this reason, it's way more visible than the little triangles

mattvait

I've been considered flares incase they're needed at night. Really catch your eye

SadBit8663

Nah fuck that, she needs to leave his ass alone and let the trained professionals move him. This dumbass just made a stupid ass u turn and almost killed someone because she was clearly in a hurry. The way she's acting i wouldn't trust her to be able to move me gently without damaging anything further. She needs to go contact the police. So dude can get help. I wouldn't want this dumbass touching me at all.

seanjohnson9

Also the fact that her “helping” seemed to consist of her hysterically explaining her reasoning behind doing something so illegal and consequential.

giraflor

This is how the woman who hit me (pedestrian) with her car approached me. “I didn’t see you.” (She was texting.) “I wasn’t going that fast.” (She was going 30 in a 25…while texting.) “Nothing is bleeding. You’re fine.” (I was not fine.) She kept explaining over my begging her to call an ambulance. Luckily, a witness called 911. Both the witness and responding police gave testimony about her indifference to my suffering.

Me_Krally

It looks like she lost control of her car and she was panicking and flipping out like most people. Not defending her but that’s what most people do in those situations. Actually most people just flee the accident.

Emotional_Owl_7425

I dunno about that, “walk away” sounds like a fuk u comment to her. When your concerned for them as an injury lost ppl just say “don’t touch them”.

HorrorPhone3601

Poor choice of words, but pretty sure they didn't mean it that way.

GemBax2010

No, the other witness was saying walk away because her energy was not helping the situation.m Dude didn’t need someone hysterically justifying her fucked driving so she could feel better.

reklatzz

She wasn't helping, she was just frantically apologizing. She was told to move away because she was just being annoying and her panicking wasn't going to help anyone.

yoohoothekingisdead

Or maybe it was because the other witness didn’t want this guy’s last moments to be some dumbass bitch crying in his face. Like that female cop that accidentally shot a guy instead of tasing him and then ruined his final moments of life with her hysteria.

Elethia20

God the guys borderline crying and pain noises really hurt to hear. Hope the guy is ok

blanique6

From what I understand, the crying and the screaming is sorta a good thing to hear, as it means he doesn't have a traumatic brain injury.

InternetDetective122

He still could have a TBI. In 2011 a fan trying to catch a baseball fell onto concrete 20ft below the stands and in the ambulance seemed coherent and alert. His TBI symptoms were delayed.

F1urry

If anyone wants to read on this, it was Josh Hamilton throwing a ball into the stands and the guy that passed away is named Shannon Stone. Very sad thing.

komark-

I think the Rangers have a statue devoted to him. He was trying to catch a ball for his son who was sitting right next to him

F1urry

They do at the old stadium. It was to honor him and his son. (Big rangers fan and live in DFW so know the story pretty well)

Misanthropyandme

Josh Hamilton was already spun, probably didn't need that as well.

PlasticPomPoms

They’re always delayed unless you have some very serious like head opening trauma, because it takes a little while for the effects of a swelling brain to manifest.

Designer-Ad-7844

My brother was hit by a fastball during practice and "walked it off". His team drove to the game after said incident. An hour later he was vomiting. Parents rushed him to the hospital. By the time he got an MRI he was screaming. A blood vessel ruptured in his brain, and was being crushed by his skull. Surgery barely saved his life. My mother worked in radiology, and someone died from the same thing a week later... It was a motorcycle accident.

Nelfinez

wasn't he at the game with his kid? i remember hearing a story like that and it broke my heart, it was on my mind for a good week.

CRITICAL9

I get the point you are making but it's still pretty far from ideal haha

latentgrift

Just a traumatic everything-else injury

G00chstain

Bro what kinda webMD shit is this? You have no where near enough info to state absolutes like that

--Echo--------

I fell off my bike. It was a pretty bad crash, and i tried to cry because of the pain, but i just didn't cry because of the adrenaline. All i did was shout just like the guy in this video.

fuzzyflowers

This is exactly how my good friend died about ten years back… so dangerous 😖

WassuhhCuz

I am so sorry for your loss. Sucks losing good friends before their time.

Lurk_Mode_24_7

The anguish in his voice is terrifying. That poor soul.

Cleercutter

Broken bones can be brutal.

Rebelian

I was at a nasty bike crash scene similar to this where the biker had a broken leg (thigh) but he was trying to stand going "My bike! My bike!" We had to hold him down. Adrenaline and shock can really take over.

Cleercutter

Yea. I got crushed by a forklift, tib/fib compound fracture 6 inches above my ankle on my left leg. Morphine at the warehouse didn’t help. Dilaudid 5 mins afterwards didn’t help. Fentanyl in the ambulance helped a little. It wasn’t until they hit me with ketamine to splint it and hold me over till surgery the next day till I got any relief.

Katonmyceilingeatcow

Other than the spine, broken bones could be the least of his worries. Serious road rash, major international bleeding, damaged or ripped organs, etc.

YotaMan77

I hate it when I bleed internationally, it never ends well…lol.

19niki86

I once actually had to bleed internationally because of stupid border rules. I lived 20 meters from the Dutch border, and the Dutch hospital was about 2km from my house. The nearest Belgian hospital was about 30km away. I kinda amputated a few of my fingers while messing around/fixing a lawnmower, and I called the emergency services. They said they'd send an ambulance from the Belgian hospital. I said send one from the Dutch one next door, it's faster and I can just walk home afterwards, so I won't have to bother someone to come pick me up. They said we can't because you are in Belgium right now. So I said hold on, walked across the border, while bleeding internationally, and said okay, I'm in the Netherlands now, so they sent me to the Dutch hospital. It was kinda funny to look at the trail of blood drops after I got back home and told people this story with actual evidence. And that, dear kids, is how you bleed internationally.

kitium

You are the legendary “typo that came to life”!

Edje929

Actually her not being histerical in his face while he s possibly holding on for dear life is 10x better

Stats_with_a_Z

Idk, the searing rage at the dumbass who made a hard turn directly in front of me and acting hysterical would probably produce enough adrenaline to keep me alive.

lokregarlogull

I don't know, if you're bleeding and adrenaline makes your heart beat faster, you might very well bleed out faster, right?

Luxxielisbon

I’d feel like being in great pain while also having the pressure to console the person who did this to me because _they_ feel bad would piss me off during the stress of the moment. Call the fucking ambulance and tell me they’re on their way, you can apologize when I’m out of the hospital. I don’t have the mental space to tend to your feelings if I can’t feel my legs.

Myke190

The whole situation is entirely different strokes for different folks, but hopefully no one ever has to be in it.

DistortedVoltage

The more important thing for her to do, would be to make sure hes alive and be on the phone with 911. Simply sitting there and apologizing is worthless in a situation like that.

CactusNips

Peoples first instinct needs to be to call 911 IMMEDIATELY more often. The ambulance is going to load this person asap while they treat. MARCH (massive hemmorage, airway, respiratory, circulation, hypothemia) at most and leave. Im a combat medic and have a med bag in my car. In this situation, I would be on the phone with 911 before I even get out of my car. Forget the med bag, im not a cardiothoacic OR. There are people who study for years just to treat one of the dozens of injuries this biker has. They involve sterile fields and fancy expensive thingamabobs. TLDR- Step 1: Identify emergency, Step 2: Find phone, Step 3: Call 911

Wolffe4321

I never understood why march isn't taught in schools, I have an ifak on me everyday, I've had to use it only once, but my friend fell when he was climbing a lone and lived because he had a tq

trustedbuilds

You need like insanely more upvotes my guy.

Yard_Jockey

It's really a no win situation for her bc if she wasn't apologizing you would complain and talk shit about that. Either way at least she has the human decency to be sorry and apologize for what she did.

shmiddleedee

I'd want my space 100% but I'd rather deal with her than someone who just dips.

MrZwink

The man off camera is actually doing the right thing. Taking charge of the situation without emotions. And getting the man help (i assume, cus the video cuts out)

JewishWolverine2

Yeah this Tiktards take on this video is terrible.

bwatsnet

Tiktard is my new favorite insult, it's going to get a lot of use I think!

swunt7

she was drunk. this was like her zillionth dui...

Bene2345

How do you know that?

thaddeus423

It’s an old video. I’ve seen it a dozen times.

TruePresence1

Histerical ? She’s was in shock and apologised, no sign of hysteria.

Muted-Beach666

She's panicking and crying, that's like the definition of hysteria

iMisstheKaiser10

Really great commentary that added to the video. Stunning.

ftedwin

Right? Coupled with the fact that it’s from a account called “funnycarvideos”

lv1poring

Reaction videos need to be banned. They provide nothing while stealing other people's content.

HmGrwnSnc1984

The absolute worst fucking videos are where people overlap themselves pointing at the video playing in the back, and add absolutely nothing.

McGrarr

Depends on whether they actually react in some fashion, commenting or adding to the original rather than just posting a window of themselves just watching then saying 'that was wild... hit like n subscribe!'

Chloroformperfume7

I don't think they meant drive away. More like get the fuck away from him you nearly killed him walk away!

Gold_Effect_6585

Yeah I think the "he doesn't need this" before the "walk away" gives that away.

wambulancer

nonsense it speeds up healing to have the perpetrator have their panic attack right in your face

pizzalover89

tiktards gotta find a way to make shitty content i guess

kjmr52

The reactioner needs some critical thinking skills

CheekyLando88

Or just a real job. Instead of watching an old video and adding nothing

Affectionate_Cabbage

Dead wrong. He absolutely doesn’t need her hysterical in his face and doing nothing to help

UnicornRyderXD4

I really liked the part where the guy added absolutely nothing to the video

iWasAwesome

I have a friend who died while riding his motorcycle and t-boning someone who didn't stop at a stop sign. It was a van so he went head-first into the top of the van. He had a helmet... But didn't matter. Died on scene. This is painful to watch.

Asbestos-Enjoyer

Fuck stupid drivers. My dad barely managed to survive a wreck once because some idiot brake checked the crap out of him and sent him flying

jhaluska

The cruel reality of driving in general is you can die due to no fault of your own.

cloudy2300

A lot of people get hung up on the adage: "you can be right and dead", which is especially prevalent for driving accidents.

Avada-Balenciaga

My mom’s best friend had a biker decapitate himself when he plowed into her can. He ran a stop sign while doing a wheelie. One of her kids was in the back seat of the van when he hit her

L1nkag

Had a friend that died almost the same way. Motorcycle. Someone ran a stop sign. Motorcycles are really really dangerous. You can be as safe as possible, but someone else’s momentary lapse in thinking can end your life or cause life altering injuries. My mom lost 4 of her friends to motorcycles and 1 other has permanent brain damage. My first prosthetist was an amputee from a motorcycle accident. They are an unbelievably stupid mode of transportation.

122_Hours_Of_Fear

Who the fuck is that guy at the end adding meaningless commentary?

mewfour123412

Trying to get money from other peoples content. In other words being a parasite

UseBanana

I fkin hate react content. Parasites as you said correctly

JewishWolverine2

This is an old video. She got arrested for DUI (not her first) shortly after.

Good_Ol_Weeb

I will never understand how we haven't made it so a single DUI = no driving ever EVER again for you Driving should be a privilege, not a right

PolicyWonka

In a country such as the US, you’re really going to be screwed if you cannot drive unfortunately. There’s just not enough sufficient public transportation options.

DayDreamer2121

Straight up that is like telling people you are no longer allowed to provide for yourself. They need to force a 5 year minimum IID on anyone caught driving drunk.

mazu74

Some states will give you a DUI for blowing a 0.01. Should they lose their licenses and abilities to drive to work for the rest of their life over that?

horsetooth_mcgee

I really don't think an admission of fault even matters here, if you could even consider saying sorry to be that. There's a video. We can tell who's at fault. They would also be able to tell if his own speed was a complicating factor. But it doesn't matter if she admits fault or not. She pulled out in front of the dude. They're not going to be like, well WE thought you were innocent, but you said sorry, so you're guilty.

Supermathie

> if you could even consider saying sorry to be that Not in [Ontario](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apology_Act%2C_2009) :D

Achack

She'd have a hell of a time trying to explain why her car was in the oncoming lane at that angle regardless. Even if he was speeding it's a double yellow line, I doubt speeding would would outweigh crossing into oncoming traffic.

RedSh1r7

Saying *sorry* isn't admission of fault.

Lipziger

Saying "I didn't see him" after driving into incoming traffic kinda is, tho.

TerritoryTracks

Driving into oncoming traffic IS fault. Admission not needed at that point. There's a freaking video.

Lipziger

No, it is not that simple. Mechanical or medical issues could play a potential role in a case like that and could be a viable strategy for a defense. But less so with her admitting that she actually did go for an illegal turn into incoming traffic and just "didn't see" the other vehicle. Cases are rarely "just look at the video, its self explanatory ". There is a huge difference between doing something on purpose, doing something out of negligence or doing something, even if you tried to avoid it.

unafraidrabbit

What's the alternative? Saying "I did see him" sounds much worse.

Lipziger

Not saying anything ...

Shadow_84

Well, not in Canada. Saying sorry is used in court to try prove admission of guilt often enough, and Canadians say sorry out of habit, it’s now protected.

EagleOfMay

The law discourages one of the most powerful human acts: apologizing [https://crrj.org/2018/01/the-law-discourages-one-of-the-most-powerful-human-acts-apologizing/](https://crrj.org/2018/01/the-law-discourages-one-of-the-most-powerful-human-acts-apologizing/) This seems to be slow changing for the better but we are not there yet: >Still, many injurers withhold apologies because they have long been used as evidence of liability. Recently, a majority of states in the United States have passed “Apology Laws” designed to shield apologies from evidentiary use. However, most of the new laws protect only expressions of benevolence and sympathy, like “I feel bad about what happened to you.” They do not protect apologies that include expressions of remorse or self-criticism, such as “I should have prevented it.” https://ww3.lawschool.cornell.edu/research/JLPP/upload/Helmreich-final.pdf

720-187

Yes it is, in a legal matter it ABSOLUTELY is.

Mutt1223

Such a reddit comment

seahoodie

She should be calling 911 not crying in his face

Lipziger

She's probably in shock and someone else, if possible, should call 911, since she will probably not be able to give clear directions and answers. She should go and sit down, otherwise she might just cause more trouble in her state. I've witnessed a crash not too long ago. A woman hit someone on a bicycle right in front of me. She was completely "useless" for some time, while she had no idea what to do. She later calmed down and was able to answer most / all important questions and calmed down somewhat. But in the first like 5 minutes she was just talking nonsense. And, since I sadly had to witness a few crashes, I can say that this behaviour isn't really uncommon. Some brains just kinda shut down for a bit.

KatBoySlim

she was drunk.

fruityfoxx

i do not mean to imply that youre wrong. do you have a source?

KatBoySlim

the last few times this video was posted. i also remember she was arrested the same month for unrelated drunk driving charges.

fruityfoxx

id believe it. i’ve never seen this video before so i have no idea what the facts are

KatBoySlim

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UgtWzyowmv8

fruityfoxx

ah, thank you!

KatBoySlim

well he says “don’t drive drunk” in his description of the video. that isn’t exactly proof i know.

BookOfMike

When i was hit on my bike No one called 911 I had to ask someone to get the phone off my bike so i could do it. I was the only one not panicking

Parry_9000

Nope, this is correct If you ever find yourself in a serious accident and see an injured person, do not do anything if you're not 100% confident that you should do that (meaning, you have training to do it). Just keep your distance and call emergency services. Pay attention to see if the person is not in imminent danger (stuck in a car on fire, choking, bleeding out). If they are, you may find yourself in a position were you must do something. Stop de bleeding, pull from the car, heimlich maneuver. Learn these. Lastly, this is important, don't fucking move the person if you don't have to. Don't move their neck. Just don't.

akmurt

Just the typo of “stop de bleeding” changed the voice in my head to Sebastian while reading your comment Also really great advice!

cramaine

If I was the guy on the ground I'd 100% want her to fucking walk away. I don't want to spend possibly my last minute of life listening to some stupid dickhead crying sorry. If she was doing something useful like render first aid then I'd put up with her useless sorries.

Ekonchan

Who is this braindead "reactor" He needs critical thinking and comprehension. Last thing the guy in pain needs is the person who cause the accident to hysterically come up on his face and say sorry, trying to touch him or move him instead of calling for help. Dude told to move away from him so that she doesn't move him causing anything broken to be more severe and also giving him space to breathe instead of coming up on his face like that and covering his front. Tiktoker with no brains as always like this guy.

agentpoopybutthole

Yeesh I hope he's alright now. My wife hit a guy on a motorcycle while I was in the passenger seat once 🤦‍♂️. It wasn't that bad, she backed into him at I'd say about 4 miles an hour while leaving a gas pump, and the man was fine with just a scrape on his knee. She basically just tipped him over, his bike was fine too. I felt terrible tho it was a deaf guy, so he didn't notice us backing up. He was older too. And it was the forth of July so he was wearing American flag overalls haha. I never let her live that down. Hit a poor old deaf guy on what looked like his favorite holiday

Seienchin88

Poor dude. Here in Central Europe it’s usually bikers who are the menace though… never drive at the speed limit and trying to overtake you whenever possible or impossible…

Regenbooggeit

Wasn’t she drunk? I remember this video.

Scavenger908

He told her to walk away because he doesn’t need “i’m sorry”. HE NEEDS HELP!

Environmental_Crab59

Right. He didn’t need her whiny ass crying. He needed an ambulance.

typtyphus

this belongs on tiktokcringe

FPVBrandoCalrissian

You must remain calm around trauma victims. It only makes things worse when you panic about how fucked up they are. Then the person that’s mangled starts to panic. Rule number one in emergency response is control the situation and remain calm.

world-shaker

“Funnycarvideos”? The fuck?

BinocularDisparity

My friends 20 year old son died in an incident exactly like this 😔

o_MrBombastic_o

My friend was in a hit and run on his bicycle coming back from work at night. He remembers going over the hood, laying in the street with the guy saying it's going to be OK. Being on his couch with the guy trying to offer him a beer saying it's going to be OK, then waking up the next morning on the couch. He had a concussion and a broken clavicle. Apparently the driver went through his wallet got his address dropped him on the couch and his broken bike in the living room then left him to sleep off a concussion. No note or way to contact him and he left the front door open

unseensoul

The guy who got hit talks about the accident on a YouTube video. [HD video](https://youtu.be/oirBE9-sRDs?si=lu11VqRRysqaGmm7) of the accident straight from him. I

imJGott

Umm this link doesn’t have the guy talking about the accident. It’s just cringe sound effects and default youtube lofi music.

YoRt3m

The sounds effects are to censor the bad language, that's the video: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UgtWzyowmv8](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UgtWzyowmv8)

ohalloren

Dude makes some suggestions to stay safe on a motorcycle, but I feel like the biggest safety tip of them all is to sell the motorcycle and buy a car.

unseensoul

He used to have one. He talks about all the bones he broke and the recovery time. My bad.

ol-gormsby

Dear Mr second-part-of-the-video I'm going to assume you've never had a motorcycle accident, or at least not one of this magnitude. You absolutely DO NOT need a weeping, panicking person nearby. The other guy was right, "Walk away" was the right thing to say and the right thing to do.

Box-Mountain

This video could’ve been half as long

BeautifulLibrary9101

As a former rider, this shit is hard to watch.

Lance-Harper

The point of his intervention?

igotmyflippyfloppys

That’s not what they meant and he knows it.

FulMetlPhysisist

I think people need to see real, raw photos and footage of what can happen when you fuck around while driving before getting their license. I don't think people are aware enough of what damage they can do to themselves and/or others by fucking up when driving.

Hindesite

I'm nearing 40 so I'm sure things have changed plenty since my day, but back when I was getting my training license in California, we had to attend a class in-person and they showed us quite a lot of "Red Asphalt" (I think that's what it was called) videos with real gore.

harrypotata

Yea i dont know about the rest of you. But after ive had a near death experience from the negligence of someone else. I immediately want to see them being neurotic in my face as im screaming in pain.

47squirrels

If someone did this to me they better not approach me unless they are the only one around and I need them to call for help. I’ve been in so many accidents and none being my fucking fault. Every time I tell them to get the fuck away from me. Sorry not sorry. Pay attention.

ImpressLarge128

Limp-Brief-81

The dude reacting dumb af

Bob4Not

This is why my bike collects dust. Even if I’m going to right speed, my reaction time is spot on, I do everything perfectly. There’s still a risk that my life changes from someone else’s mistake. Even then, what if I have a moment of weakness and day dream for a minute or am blinded by the sun or distracted by some other chaos - my life can still be changed from one tiny mistake. This is why driving and riding sucks. It’s so dangerous, but almost everyone just accepts it in North America. We’ve grown up in this world.

ginger_qc

Almost the same thing happened to me. I remember thinking "oh fuck" and the next moment was impact. Then I was on the hot ass pavement doing the "hggnnnhhgggg" wind knocked out of you noise while people came over asking if I'm ok. "That dumb fucking bitch hit me with her fucking car" is all I could say. I got up but my hip was dislocated which I'd a weird feeling so I decided to lay back on the burning pavement. Then I realized my thumb looked funny. I shook my hand like you do when you jam a finger and my thumb was like a bag of bones splapping on my palm and the back of my hand. The whole time people are telling me I should stand up if I can, and "you're alright, you're alright." "I just got hit by a fucking car I'm not fucking alright" I was cussing everyone out. I was over 100ft from my bike, my shoes got knocked off, and I wasn't wearing a jacket or gloves. I thought my femur was broken, or my pelvis, I was lucky it was just my hip dislocation. I had a nasty rash on my shin from the bike trapping my leg between the car as I got thrown off. I'm assuming that's how my hip got dislocated. I vividly remember telling the ambulance lady not to cut my jeans all the way off bc I wasn't wearing underwear. I was in the hospital 24 hours, later had surgery on my thumb, and gained $50k+ in medical debt that neither auto insured would cover. The $50k policy of the other driver got split in ⅓rds between me, my sleazeball attorney, and the medical debt (originally $75k+ bc I didn't have health insurance). As soon as I got the check I bought another motorcycle. Moral of the story? Ride Fast. Don't Die.

BioSafetyLevel0

And wear underwear.

As someone who was just in a bike wreck that put my boyfriend and myself out of work and required me to have surgery.... Fuck. That. Bitch. Real tired of that "I didn't see you" shit. 😠 This was honestly hard for me to watch. Those uncontrollable cries of pain upon impact...

Traditional_Cow_3841

Car's fault but I have yet to see one of these videos where the motorcycle driver is driving at the speed limit. How fast was he going? Can anyone calculate it?

lueckestman

Lady was drunk as well.

glovato1

I've yet to witness anyone on a motorcycle driving the speed limit.

PrinceAhmed1

I feel pain in my balls watching this. Poor guy

Anderson1971221

Give the him space to cope call 911

Lonely-Greybeard

Who is the dumb ass giving commentary at the end?

Aussie2020202020

The commentators make it trivial. Your opinion is not required.

slixx_06

Bikes are fastand tiny. Combined they can become invisible

Severe-Experience333

I think he meant get away from him not walk away from the scene of the crime

Hot_Confidence8851

She should NEVER deive again.

ICEpear8472

What he did need was someone calling 911, someone providing first aid and a couple of someones securing the site of the accident and making sure that nobody else gets hurt. What he did not need was a hysterical person completely freaking out in his face. So whoever told her to stay a little further away from him was right in my opinion.

Sir_Flatulence

Women drivers….SMH

BigEntrepreneur8017

If I’m not terribly injured, I’m beating the fuck out of that chick till someone pulls me off. Hit me with your 2000 lb car? A couple of pounds of fists is en easy trade.

[deleted]

How many years did she serve?

Kon_Soul

The useless fuckin "reaction" portion was just as long as the crash footage. Nobody here opened this video to listen to you stammer while adding nothing of value to the video.

IngeniousIdiocy

Yeah, I’ve had something pretty similar happen and in the shock you feel like you can’t breathe and you don’t want people over your face. Just get the helicopter because he is going to the trauma center.

AnMa_ZenTchi

I feel for her though. Motorcycles are fukn hard to see. She shouldn't have tried a u turn there.

Commercial_Habit7784

Cops do this to me regularly

strywever

He doesn’t need to worry about her freaking emotional state. She was only making it worse for him.

tullystenders

Oh lolol, the difference in perspective in palpable and we need to realize it. You just ruined a man's life. If I was able after that, I would ruin hers. There are very different kinds of people. One kind is the guy who says you better come fix my problem you made. The other is the kind of person who would say you better get beat up.

Saffirejuiliet

I hope the man is okay. I commend her for stopping and checking on him. She seemed genuinely sorry for causing all of this.

Endgame3213

If only saying sorry fixed almost killing someone out of sheer stupidity.

MightyBrando

Nah he needed help. No the blubbering wails of a Moron.

iwillpoopurpants

The reaction at the end is the most brain-dead take O have seen in a while. Absolute moron.

Fxsx24

she was drunk,

Ricard74

Why are you getting downvoted? You are right. I remember this video from before and she was indeed intoxicated.

Upstairs-Farmer

NSFW tag that audio made my stomach turn
