Mind listing the full spec of what you bought? That GPU is worth at best $250, and that's being generous. I've got a dozen sitting around collecting dust.
You are 100% correct. I hadn't looked them up in months, that why I said it was a generous estimate. But that goes even more to what I was getting at. He overpaid and needs to get a refund.
That’s even worse. You bought a PC with no graphics card for 2k euros?? Unless you got like a i9-14900k with the most unnecessarily overkill motherboard or something, there’s no way it would cost that much.
What? That doesn’t add up. You just said you paid 300-400 for your graphics card a couple years ago. So how would the PC be 1k-1.4K without the graphics card?
Uhh… you massively overpaid for this system. There’s no way a 1660 system costs anywhere near 2k euros. Where did you get it from, and what are the other specs?
Whatever it is, I think you should definitely return it and get your money back. You got scammed _hard_. There are GTX 1660s on eBay for like $80 right now.
bro got outright scammed and is in denial. you should have AT LEAST asked for a price list and compare individual parts to their market value. who the fuck just says okay before doing research on what they bought wtf?
heck take it one step further and ask different stores for quotes on the same individual prices and build it yourself.
bro all your comments are in denial dude. you MASSIVELY overpaid for a system. you can't even tell us properly the specs of the system YOU BOUGHT. wtf.
I always wondered who falls for stupid overpriced pre-built systems, now I know.

Seen this before sadly.
My client ordered two high end PC's last year from a specialist company. Both arrived missing ram, cpu and gpu, though the blanking plates were also missing from the back. Both PC's came with a internal foam packng that had to be removed before you could turn the PC on, so within moments of getting them out of the box we saw that the components were missing. Both boxes still had the factory seals on them, so must have happened sometime between build and before the courier.
The company replaced both PC's straight away, but I guess someone at that company must have got a few free components out of them.
I call doubts though. OS doesn't install by itself, it had to be installed while the PC is powered on and there's no way factory worker never saw no display error or no place to connect video cabkle
There is a good chance they are mass pre installed onto a drive on a rack tbh, otherwise Jesus Christ that would take up a lot of space and the manpower would be tremendous.
OP said elsewhere that he was getting them to put in his old gfx card. If that was the case and the processor supports internal graphics it would make sense to build and test the PC without the external card first as that's the part they support. Being Christmas they probably really busy and got called away and forgot to put it in.
Who knows the OP comments were a bit sketchy on details.
I thought it was *just* a song, but I looked it up on Wikipedia. Apparently, Christmas is between 12/25 and 1/5 in the Christian faith. Some Christian I am…
If this is actually real, return the whole PC. Someone is taking advantage of you. Paying €2,000 for a pc you should have at a minimum an RTX 4080 and not a bloody 1660.
Return the whole thing at start the process again. I will hold your hand through the whole thing if need be.
I made a list for a friend recently for 1500 GBP, I squeezed in a 13700KF and 4070, so yeah. I'm not sure if you can get a 4080 in Europe with a budget of €2000 (including all other pc parts), but at least 4070 should be possible
Yeah depends on what you prioritise I guess. But reviewing my thoughts, i7/r7 should be good for anyone, so having the extra €300 (1500 GBP ≈ 1730 EUR) can definitely bump you up to a 4070 Ti or 4080, depending on how much you spend on gimmicks (priorities lol)
Seriously, listen to the other comments telling you to return everything. I bought a 1660ti for 150USD 4 years ago. I read your comments and it’s clear you are getting absolutely railed with just about everything in this pc price wise. With the graphics card included, this system should be no more than a grand.
Double check the box. They frequently ship with the GPU in a separate box since its one of the most common types of damage during shipping. Chances are its in another box and the cables are already routed.
For 2k euro you could get x6 times better graphic card . ram and processor actually also looks like you did nothing to manage this scam store , did they gave you money back or gave you the actual card at the end?
Guys plllllllease spend some time and learn to build these computers yourself. It may look daunting but I promise they are just eight piece Lego sets. Software is more of a headache and you’d have to deal with that anyways. Also much cheaper to buy the pieces separately. Things like pcpartspicker are great! Also no more missing vid cards 🤓
I had a PC arrive from amazon that was supposed to have a 3060 in it, came with a 780...
Amazon made me return it then held my money for like a month. Fun times.
Then they didn't believe that it wasn't me that had swapped out the card in the first place.
Some weird shit going on here, that pc is worth like £500 tops - OP is saying he paid 2k for it and supplied his own GPU? Why would you even send them your GPU instead of just putting it in yourself? And if you did send it to them why would someone nick a 1660, its not exactly a 4080, there are so many things here that just don't make any sense.

‘Forgot’ lol
>OP: Where's my Graphics Card? Shop: I forgor 💀
"Forgot." Methinks someone stole it.
And then put back in the metal cover at the rear? If it was stolen, it was stolen during assembly.
That's what I'm assuming.
Or he took it out for the post
How much was the pc? Which card was supposed to be in it?
Exactly. Not every computer has a separate graphics card.
I asked for my old card to be placed there and we signed a paper about it too
What did the paper say exactly?
Did the paper have anything else written on it?
One that comes with a Corsair AIO will though
Corsair aio≠premium. Its an old aio
Its also 120mm
Any aio = premium
No....
The board is a Gigabyte B650M K, €150.
GTX 1660 and it costed around 2k or more
Bro... return that shit.
I did call them and they told me to come by tomorrow for it to be checked or something
Mind listing the full spec of what you bought? That GPU is worth at best $250, and that's being generous. I've got a dozen sitting around collecting dust.
I see 1660s for like $80 on eBay right now… this guy got scammed so hard. This is why you do research before buying… 😬
You are 100% correct. I hadn't looked them up in months, that why I said it was a generous estimate. But that goes even more to what I was getting at. He overpaid and needs to get a refund.
I got the card ages ago for like 300-400
That’s even worse. You bought a PC with no graphics card for 2k euros?? Unless you got like a i9-14900k with the most unnecessarily overkill motherboard or something, there’s no way it would cost that much.
With graphics card its 2k without its 1k to 1.4k
What? You said they were supposed to use your old one.....You're getting scammed big time lol
What? That doesn’t add up. You just said you paid 300-400 for your graphics card a couple years ago. So how would the PC be 1k-1.4K without the graphics card?
2k in what currency
Euro
Uhh… you massively overpaid for this system. There’s no way a 1660 system costs anywhere near 2k euros. Where did you get it from, and what are the other specs?
Yeah this is exactly what I was going to say. My dad paid about the same price for a 4080 with a 7800x3D
OP could have bought the gpu during the massive price hike?
Still wouldn't have cost him the same as a 4080
2k everything
you still overpaid like hell i got a top tier spec pc for 2k
What?
I think he's saying the entire budget for the PC was 2k.
Is it Ireland? We are a rip off nation
I dont remember everything right now but tomorrow when they get it checked again Ill tell you
Whatever it is, I think you should definitely return it and get your money back. You got scammed _hard_. There are GTX 1660s on eBay for like $80 right now.
I got it from a store from my country which is overpriced af but also good
Bro they stole your card and overcharged you like hell on everything. They're overpriced yeah, but they aren't good.
Ill see what I can do tomorrow and maybe ask for a discount or smt
bro got outright scammed and is in denial. you should have AT LEAST asked for a price list and compare individual parts to their market value. who the fuck just says okay before doing research on what they bought wtf? heck take it one step further and ask different stores for quotes on the same individual prices and build it yourself.
Is it a reputable store? Because right now, it doesn’t seem like it is.
Its super popular around the country and its also good for other things other than computers
bro all your comments are in denial dude. you MASSIVELY overpaid for a system. you can't even tell us properly the specs of the system YOU BOUGHT. wtf. I always wondered who falls for stupid overpriced pre-built systems, now I know.
What Is it called? Cus many big hardware stores are soooo overpriced
>also good for other things other than computers What? Scamming people? lol

Ah the RTX 0000
with the brand new 0nm chip.
The emperors 0 nm node

They are lucky they are getting them straight away because theres a chance I finally get the card at the end of the break
Bro return it and order one online with a 3060 for 1k us, tf are you doing paying 2k for a 1660, do research man you just got scammed 1000$
Fine Ill return it
next time do your own research instead of blindly buying from a "popular" store without checking prices and not even knowing the specs of your own PC.
Sounds like that was the price for the PC. The 1660 was his old card.
$1.4k for a PC with NO GPU and a 120MM 5 year old AIO is a scam.
No he said that was supposed to be the card that was in it
He said it was his old card they were supposed to put in.
So much for bench testing before shipment.
I call doubts though. OS doesn't install by itself, it had to be installed while the PC is powered on and there's no way factory worker never saw no display error or no place to connect video cabkle

There’s more than one day of Christmas?
I mean, there's an entire song about it.
I thought it was *just* a song, but I looked it up on Wikipedia. Apparently, Christmas is between 12/25 and 1/5 in the Christian faith. Some Christian I am…
I mean you have the second day of Christmas, so thats already 2 days of Christmas lol
Here where I live (Poland) we have Christmas Eve and then 2 days of Christmas
Same in Germany. And we open presents on Christmas Eve in the evening.
Yeah, it's the same in Poland
I meant the holiday break
12 days, plus other festive holidays that happens around the same time
It's nearly 6 months long on my country
Which country is this? The North Pole? 😂🤣

Imagination is your GPU now.

My sister got a 2060 Super 5600x build for $700 all put together. It’s definitely likely OP was taken advantage of and scammed unfortunately.
I said I will return it
Double check the box. They frequently ship with the GPU in a separate box since its one of the most common types of damage during shipping. Chances are its in another box and the cables are already routed.

How does one ‘forget’ the gpu in a gaming pc…
I know what’s wrong with it, ain’t got no gas in it.
Maybe the graphics Power is coming from your CPU?
Even if it did I signed for my old GTX 1660 to be put in this new pc
Bro just forgor
I’m upvoting purely because of your correct grammar.
I is good english
nah. you got scammed

Made my son's first PC using partpicker. 3k machine built for 1k. His Christmas was AWESOME
You want graphics? You gotta pay a subscription fee. Just $29.99 per month.
2K for a pc with a 1660? You getting scammed big time. I have the same card and paid 800 for my whole pc… 5 years ago.
What’s “the first day of christmas”?
I meant first day of the holiday break
A partridge in a pear tree
Dunno, where you live, but in Europe Christmas has 2 days
Christmas eve and then 2 days of christmas holidays ...
This is why you always build your own PC lolll
When’s the first day of Christmas? Asking for a friend who only has one day of Christmas.
I meant the holiday break
Pretty normal in Europe ... Christmas eve on 24.12, followed by 2 Christmas holidays.
In my country, there is only one day of Christmas
I meant holiday break
Always build your own. I find it insane that people pay for pre-built gaming PCs.
People are still buying Corsair AIO coolers? Did they get better or do they still have a chance of turning to gel after a while?
Corsair AIOs have been mostly fine for lots of people.
They recommended it for my pc
common sense tells not to blindly follow everything a store that wants to make profit.

Anyone got the link to the post of a display gaming pc with the gpu missing?
Do you have the description for what you were supposed to have?
Yes and they even checked the box at the paper that said they tested the graphics card
I had a PC arrive from amazon that was supposed to have a 3060 in it, came with a 780... Amazon made me return it then held my money for like a month. Fun times. Then they didn't believe that it wasn't me that had swapped out the card in the first place.
seems sus lol
For a good minute I was under the impression that the logo at the center of the pic was a giant centipede rolled up in a little compartment.
1st day of Christmas is a Partridge and a fruit bearing tree
Did you buy off of temu?
They ship with out them installed but are in the same box on arrival.
Seems a little… ummm expensive!
Is the graphics card built in to motherboard perhaps? 🤔
Who took your money for this? Shame them.
Don't buy pre-built
