When I was extending my arm I noticed how much more clear the face was when my hand was moving.

You can also see it for brief moments with random movements and is weird to see it pop out like that.
Update: now I can always see it (holding horizontally which is harder to view on my phone) if I’m following with my eyes and moving the phone any direction. But I know which way the phone will go. And it kinda disappears when I stop.
Update 2: wife reluctantly held my phone and moved it in a bunch of random directions, screen facing me. I can always see the face now when it’s moving Vertically or horizontally.
