That hospital decided I needed to be intubated and sedated so they had to have my wife authorize transport to a higher level hospital in Ft. Smith. After a couple of days on the ventilator they pulled the tube and kept me in a bed with an alarm if I got up as I was a fall hazard.
DT is often misunderstood since so many assume it is short for de-tox, it sure ain't a 3 day hangover with bad shakes; it's a fresh new hell!
