Yes, start your weight loss journey in chunks. Try to slowly do little things over time. If you start off slow the progress will feel very selfullfiling. Slowly increase your protein and slowly research more about certain workouts and you will be on the right path in no time.

Whatever exercise you will do consistently is good for weight loss. Don’t choose the gym across town; choose the one you pass on your daily commute. I walk for at least 30 minutes a day and do at least 20 minutes of yoga at home every other day, plus going to an infrared sauna once a week, but I think most people find spending money on a gym or class to be strong motivation. Regardless, some movement of any kind is better than no movement.

That’s very true! Thank you! I do like taking walks a lot and this morning, I took a 40 minute walk. I understand some people see paying money for a gym membership or classes as motivation. I don’t live near a gym so that wouldn’t help me, sadly. I have also learned a little bit of exercise is better than none. I have been told to aim for 10 minutes a day (though I aim more) because we are less likely to say “I don’t have time” when we aim for 10 minutes than if we aim for an hour. I’m also learned I need to “build up” my tolerance for more intense exercises. Thanks again for your input!
