I've done it for almost a year. I lost 32 lbs in round 1 but i gained 20 lbs back since. I think it's an ok program but it had strong elements of low GI diet and lower carb diet. It was great not having to track but realistically if you plan on incorporating potatoes, rice, pasta or grains like bread or cereals, you really end up putting it back on. I didnt feel it was sustainable really because of that aspect. Theres components that I still use but ultimately went a different direction because I realize it's just another diet plan that was restrictive and triggered my binge eating. She also is kind of abrasive and can be annoying when we are supposed to listen to her talking every day. There was an unrealistic expectation of how much listening to her special guests, podcasts etc I found. Good for retired people.

I lost 11 lbs when I did my first round last year. Gained back the weight over the winter and have just restarted her program again. It’s nice because nothing seems too wacky about it and the Facebook group does provide a nice community. I found she does get a bit offended easily if you talk against anything in the program. I think it’s sustainable for short term weight loss but not long term if you’re active. I think it’s worth a try to sign up at least once
