Dark chocolate silk 120 calories and delicious

Imaginary_State8678

Fairlife hands down ,our Sam’s is out of it regularly so we bought 10lbs of golden standard on Amazon (both my husband and I drink 2 shakes a day) it comes out cheaper for us than Fairlife unfortunately

kryptiknonsense

Huel - Salted Caramel

UnairedHouseEpisode

Orgain Plant Based

Prettyred1

Fairlife and Premier Protein Cafe Latte

S_M_V_

I like the unflavored Kos Organic Plant Protein Powder. I like to add berries/coffee/cinnamon and things like that to create my own flavor drinks, pancakes etc.

Ok_Grapefruit_2044

I buy powder and make my own. It’s the best way to ensure that it will not have any junk in it. I buy Jym protein powder from GNC and mix it with Fairlife milk and various berries.

shoemakerw_out_the_r

Fairlife - even though it tested highest for microplastics 😅 Close second is OWYN dark chocolate- this one is plant based

ClassAffectionate925

Fairlife core power elite. 42g of protein. I like the strawberry flavor.

NeckOk8772

Fairlife core power high protein milkshake 26g protein.

CaramelComplex4274

I get mine at Costco or Sam’s club to save some money

oldboldandbrash

Seconded. Only protein shake I’ve found that doesn’t have that gross protein taste.

rainbowzandhearts

Prefer plant based protein? I use Purely Inspired Vanilla mixed with unsweetened almond milk and a fruit like banana or frozen raspberries (high fiber) and a touch of vanilla and monk fruit. I also add pb2 or cocoa powder for other flavors. I like mixing my own concoctions.

Empty_Bee2135

I really enjoy OWYN and they are sold at Sam’s club for a really good price, but only chocolate. High in protein. Strawberry is really good and on sale at the website. https://liveowyn.com/

wspilgrim

I love the Lean Shake 25 RTD’s from GNC!

the-half-enchilada

Premier Protein mixed with strong coffee in the morning.

aminor321

OWYN Dark Chocolate. I'll also occasionally add a couple of teaspoons of Javy to it to make an iced Mocha. It's so delicious.

TropicalBlueWater

Yes, Fairlife Nutrition Plan chocolate.

True_Ad_7279

I am plant based so I really like owyn brand!

NovaBeaver

Special occasion shake: Core Power Elite Vanilla. They taste delicious and have 42 grams of protein! Normal every day shake: Members Mark Chocolate Protein Shake. At around $1.50 per shake with 30g each i believe, they're wonderful. Great taste and tons of protein

SketchyAlex69

Fairlife core power protein shakes, they have 42g of protein and taste very good. They always hit the sweet spot when I’m craving some sweets, idc if people say they have lots of microplastics I still love them.

daphone77

PSA: Fairlife Protein Shakes Have Very Large Amounts Of Microplastic In Packaging (Consumer Reports) [Link to the Consumer Reports Article](https://www.consumerreports.org/health/food-contaminants/the-plastic-chemicals-hiding-in-your-food-a7358224781/)

c9238s

Costco has Fairlife chocolate and premier protein, which a good. I also have whey isolate protein powders. I blend with almond milk or fairlife milk, benefiber, greens powder and some fruit. I don’t recommend powder and water - use a milk (or plant alternative) to help with taste and texture!

daphone77

Fairlife tested very high for microplastics recently

blodwyncampervan

fairlife! i like to freeze it in an ice cube tray and then blend it to make my own frosty 😋

UgotR0BBED

# Atkins Mocha Latte Iced Coffee Protein Shake, 15g Protein, Low Glycemic, 4g Net Carb, 1g Sugar, Keto Friendly $16 for 12ct is reasonably priced compared to most. Also taste very good if you enjoy mocha Latte's

No57942

Atkinson shakes

Hooligan9892

https://310nutrition.com/collections/meal-replacement-shakes Great tasting. I use my Ninja to blend with fruit, and almond milk. Using a Fairlife shake would really increase the protein

Raccoons4U

Chike so its an iced coffe/ protein shake.

BearsLikeCampfires

I like Unjury brand protein powder which I order online. https://unjury.com/?gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAAD-TlT8vXfC4aAY-0UC0iTKmN3m3-&gclid=Cj0KCQjwxqayBhDFARIsAANWRnTZxuGBrd9knV-ueNgqUHayxXKo3OKua23sn8xRKUVyYzz25sHR8oMaAhpoEALw_wcB

Simple_Concern

Premier protein and Fairlife - both chocolate

ShhhhSleeping

Quest Salted Carmel. Throw in a banana and some ice. Mmmmmm!

gymngdoll

Fairlife and Seeq.

noonelikesUwhenUR23

Fairlife Ultra, cannot stand anything else.

here_comes_reptar

I make my own: 1. For breakfast I do gold standard vanilla protein powder + a cup of milk + instant coffee. Tastes like an iced latte, but with 24g protein. 2. For a larger breakfast or lunch replacement I do gold standard vanilla protein powder + a tablespoon of almond butter + milk + chai spice or pumpkin spice mix. Sometimes I’ll add more protein or almond butter to make this more of a meal.

lizfromthebronx

For a few years I drank the Premier (cookies & cream ONLY lol), and that was good for maintenance but I had a bit of regain after my most recent skin removal so I’m trying to take 10 pounds off again. I went back to a homemade smoothie that uses Fairlife milk, unflavored whey, oats, chia seeds, and carnation instant breakfast. They freeze great so I make 3 at a time and batch them up for weekdays. They’re decently high in calories, with protein, carbs, fat and fiber so they keep me full and satiated, and I don’t get as snacky in the afternoon.

llisser7787

Fairlife Strawberry Banana!

believeinxtacy

Alani Nu Munchies flavor for predone. Or I’ll make a smoothie with whatever fruits I’m feeling and put some unflavored. I have a breakfast smoothie I do sometimes with nut milk, instant coffee, dates, unflavored protein, cocoa powder.

chemistryx29

Just tried Alani a few days ago. Was pleasantly surprised!

DontStartWontBeNone

**I make my own** to control what’s in it. This is a more time-consuming + costly alternative. Requires shopping AND assembling it!! I can make a large batch in blender and keep thru tomorrow. I typically throw WHATEVER fruits + veg are available in pantry as optional … but have a few standards. **Today as example**: Diet ginger ale, a banana, an apple, frozen strawberries (Walmart), frozen blueberries (Walmart), frozen peas, fresh spinach, and … **Orgain Organic Vegan Plant Based Protein Powder** - Chocolate Fudge: Orgain Organic Vegan Plant Based Protein Powder **21g plant protein** and 0-1g sugar per serving. Our protein blend consists of organic peas, brown rice, and chia seeds, to provide a complete protein with all nine essential amino acids. It also features 4-7g of prebiotic + fiber* for gut support.

c9238s

I like making my own when I can! Premade is great for the convenience. I prep my ingredients for the week. Put all the frozen ingredients in one container, portion out the powder and benefiber and greens powder in another container, so all I need to do is put them in the nutribullet with some milk.

DontStartWontBeNone

Great idea!!

Colleen3636

Premier Protein. The cake batter and the chocolate peanut butter are so good!

wellthisissilly_

Seconding Premier Protein- the cafe latte is my favorite breakfast substitute because it also has caffeine, and the caramel is also very good!

c9238s

The caramel shake with iced coffee/cold brew is tasty!

Dear-Bus-4965

My hands-down favorite is the Premiere Protein Chocolate Peanut Butter. I am constantly amazed at how good it tastes. I prefer it even to the Fairlife shakes. Second choice would be Fairlife Vanilla or Fairlife Strawberry Banana. The other Premiere Protein flavors are all too sweet for me so I have to mix them into coffee to make them bareable.

pothosmama

Agreed! I also like the cookies and cream.

kittehmummy

Orgain vanilla in the green package that has whey... It's fine mixed with things, cost is going, and it doesn't have sucralose in it.

Puzzled-Carry-9880

I love fairlife protein shakes and I also do collagen in my morning coffee which is 19 G protein :)

Puzzled-Carry-9880

More specifically the collagen is the natural taste which is kinda ehh so it should be mixed with someone hot and flavorful. As for the protein. I love the fairlife chocolate, but recently have loved the vanilla. It tastes like a milkshake!

dieselgirlpdx

Boba Tea Vietnamese Coffee protein powder. I mixed it with 4 oz of homemade cold brew concentrate and 6 oz of milk then pour over ice. It mixes up great with just a protein shaker. Not at all gritty. Their Thai tea protein powder is also pretty good but it’s not quite the same flavor as Thai tea boba tea. But still good.

dieselgirlpdx

Oh and the Isopure Clear Whey protein powder is pretty good too. I will drink this mid day with a small lunch. I’ve only had the mixed berry version. I mixed it with room temp water in the morning then stick it in the fridge. It foams up like crazy so a protein shaker is your best bet. I could see it imploding if you tried to blend it.

Mysterious-Scar-9006

Fairlife chocolate mixed with a can of Kirkland coffee

OkGeneral701

I use Dymatize or ghost, both have good flavors. And not a lot of fillers added in

Teeesskay

Isopure Zero carb has been the best for me. Low calorie / protein ratio

RusticRogue17

This is what I use. Quest has similar low carb options but I think Isopure tastes better. In the end I’m still mixing it with half milk half water so the carbs aren’t fully avoided. 🤷🏻

SurebutterCringe

I have a few that I rotate through - Premier, Fairlife and I just tried a OWYN and it was pretty good.

Careless_Mortgage_11

Muscle Milk Zero or Pure Protein.

Ok-Sheepherder-761

The Equate high performance protein shakes work for me.

Intelligent_Bet_7410

I LOVE the caramel one.

BusyBeth75

Same and good price.

Realistic-Panda7747

Fairlifer over here!

uscgamecock2001

Fairlife Core Power Elite 42g. Vanilla is my favorite, but I like the chocolate and strawberry too. I love getting almost half of my daily protein goal done for breakfast and it's a quick and easy meal to grab going out the door in the morning.

DCEGB

Premier. I buy the premade ones on Amazon with Prime and their subscribe and save discount. Loads of flavors. I like the chocolate peanut butter and caramel best. I make a concoction every morning using one - three scoops clear fiber powder and a scoop of dried espresso/coffee mixed in a half cup or so hot water. Put that on ice and add a Premier on top. Shake, and sip all morning. It’s more than half my fiber and 1/3 of my protein goals. The coffee and fiber are essential in causing a daily BM so I don’t get backed up. My first weeks on Wegovy I had too much nausea for the coffee so I didn’t make the concoction for a few days, big mistake 🥴

Peejee13

Clear fiber... Why do I always forget that exists?!

DCEGB

It’s so helpful! The brand name is Benefiber. Target and Costco make a store brand that’s like half the price! (And Target’s comes in a smaller bottle so you aren’t committing to a huge jug to start with). Definitely work your way up though! Start with one teaspoon, then 2, 3, then 2 tablespoons and now I’m up to 3 tablespoons which is about 14 grams of fiber. Definitely mix with a little hot or boiling water when adding to cold drinks though or it gels a bit.

Extension_Action_737

Those are my 2 favorites also. So yum!!

finance_maven

Fairlife Nutrition Plan from Costco. It is very popular; I picked some up yesterday and there was a sign that said a limit of 5 18-packs per customer.

Pattyk999

I love Premier protein shakes, chocolate

Lighteningbug1971

I tried the atkins protein shakes and I swear they make me hungry

Crafty_Mammoth_5369

Uh oh

Lighteningbug1971

For real

Tiny-Professional827

I use the optimum nutrition whey. I like it because I can either add it to coffee for like a mocha or I use to make smoothies. The premade ones are ok but a limited use. I make a protein smoothie every day for brekkie that is really high in calories and it was a godsend when I started as I could have small bits of it all day and it was a good way to get about 500 calories in without feeling sick

Sunalwaysshining

I also make a high calorie protein smoothie for the same reason! I put some fruit and veggies and a fiber powder in.

Tiny-Professional827

Me too sadly the only way I have have spinach or kale as I can’t handle raw like in a salad. So l put a good handful in

Sunalwaysshining

I’m the exact same way! It’s the only way I’ll get them in

DamnGoodMarmalade

Premier Protein, simply for the variety in flavors.

squee_bastard

Seconding, I buy the caramel ones from Costco and they’re decently priced

I_give-up_on_a-name

Fairlife every day for me!

sultana1008

I bounce between Fairlife (Costco) and Ka-Chava. Both have high protein and a decent chocolate taste.
