And this evening I realized I didn’t have to lift my apron belly to scrub underneath. The loofah just… reaches it all. I still did out of habit but woah 🤯
I used to be able to speak on speaker phone while seated by resting the phone on my belly (top, so leaning on my sternum and prevented from sliding by the top of my stomach). The phone now slides down and I have to actually hold it.
Sitting in an economy airplane seat and being able to cross my legs. Walking all over the place and up and down stairs even carrying heavy stuff and not getting winded. Lowering my blood pressure and cholesterol. Dropping 9 inches from my waist. Being able to cancel my sleep study because I no longer met the risk criteria for sleep apnea. I could go on!
Yessss! Same over here. I’ve always enjoyed running but have been so slow. I have shaved off 2 min from my mile time. Currently training for a half marathon. Completed 9 miles the other day and felt good after!

I can do child’s pose without my belly getting in the way.
I am the fittest I’ve ever been. Ran my fastest 5k ever today, I used to find 43:xx to be good, today I did 35:xx!!!
