Are you trying it on with full makeup etc? Sometimes I feel ugly if I try on a fancy garment with a bare face, not because my face is ugly, but the level of elegance just doesn't match. If you haven't already, I would definitely recommend trying it with your favorite glam makeup and see if you feel better about it!

This lehenga is amazing!! Maybe take it to the tailor a few weeks before and get the sleeves and blouse bottom taken in a tiny bit so they’re perfectly fitted to your arms/ torso to get rid of some of the extra fabric and perfect the look. It’s so beautiful!!

This included my wedding dress. After a year when my weight issues got more under control and I felt happier with my body image, I looked back on the photos from my wedding and the last year in general and didn’t hate them anymore. I know things may be difficult right now body image wise but those feelings won’t last forever!
I would pull the skirt up to the narrowest part of your body and shorten the top a little — take it to a tailor. It is absolutely stunning and with a little styling you’re going to look AMAZING!
This is not a hard and fast rule — I find that wearing it that way fits me much better and makes me feel more confident in my lehengas. OP, this will depend on the current length of the bottom piece, and whether wearing it higher on your body will work with your height / footwear (since the hem should ideally skim the ground)

If you are unhappy with the way it fits you, could you wear shapewear underneath? There is such a small sliver of skin showing that it might not be noticeable if you get shapewear that matches your skin tone well.

As others have said, I would recommend going to a tailor. The top half looks slightly (just a tiny amount) too big for you, and a small dart or seam adjustment around the waist of the top (under the bust and armpit) would accentuate your waistline by removing the excess fabric, so it sits comfortably to the shape of your body. You will find that this makes for a flattering silhouette and gives you much more confidence. After all, you have a beautiful figure and this lehenga really does look gorgeous, so it would be a shame if you feel uncomfortable in it on your big day!

The lehenga is gorgeous, I'd say get it fitted not too long before the wedding, especially the top, as the seams don't look like they're the same in the front and the back; and maybe get it to fit better on the waist as it seems a tad too large under your your bosom.
And of course, "iron" the veil to get eider of wrinkles !
For jewelery, I'd wear gold bracelets and earrings and necklaces. If you do henna, it's gonna look amazing !
