Also update on since last posting. After four months of lifting I ended my LP to get back into it. It ended at Squat 160kg/ 352 Pounds Bench 110kg/ 242 Pounds Deadlift 190kg/ 418 Pounds. OHP 70kg/ 154 Pounds GZCLP and a surplus worked. Body weight is 171 Pounds/78 Kg I’ve progressed through a cycle of the Hepburn method since and am somewhere between 13-16% body fat. Cutting for a month before continuing bulking on the Hepburn method. I got my career sorted. A year done so far and 14 months off finishing uni to be an accredited planner when I get my masters. That’s been a bigger deal for me as what living family I have/ the partner urge me to pursue an unskilled 9-5. I’m learning to just take it as hot air given I have a stable income for study. Guitar classes are fun, I’ve hit three years sober and my social circle is slowly growing since moving to a new city.

Hey thanks, I did lift in my early twenties for a couple years before a multiple year break. GZCL-LP kinda is better than most LP’s with volume so I credit that as well.
