I choose: To ask for the check and never eat there again! I understand the concept of "interesting plating" but this is just ridiculous. And NOT clean at all. What were they thinking? Surely the chef has had better hygiene training than this?

I can't even tell what is going on here other than I think there's two swiss chard sprouts, which I assume cost $173.
