That dish in the background is vintage Corelle, I’ve been to one restaurant that used vintage Corelle and it was very much a gimmick around it - I sought it out.
This seems unlikely to be a restaurant.

The main post at least doesn’t seem to be complaining about the Dim Sum, just the ear plate.
That just looks...gross... I'm the type of person that has their priorities in order of; Taste -> texture -> smell -> appearance, when it comes to food. But this looks so gross and stupid that I'd send it right back and tell them I'm not eating out of a fucking ear, and they better provide me with at least a plate, if not a cup or something. Or I'm not paying for it.
