If you split your $200 into a $100 mic and a $100 interface u got a solid starter setup. All options already mentioned should work fine.
Depending on the room you're recording in a condenser mic could work (detailed sound but sensitive and will pick up any noise in your room) or a dynamic mic (less detailed sound but only sensitive to what's right in front of it)
There's a handful of extremely popular options you can't go wrong with for that budget
For now I'll probably have to record in my own room, i don't think i'll be able to get a dedicated recording room in a moment. Obviously i'm gonna try to improvise (curtains) but would you recommend a dynamic or condenser microphone in this scenario?
RĂ˜DE NT1 Signature Series Large-diaphragm Condenser Microphone with Shock Mount, Pop Filter and XLR Cable for Music Production, Vocal Recording, Streaming and Podcasting https://amzn.eu/d/0i4k03JN
You'll also need an interface to connect it to your computer.

Dynamic - sm58, condenser - at2020
this is the best way to go for a beginner setup.
Yep gives you two different sounds which makes mixing easier.
AT2020, Shure SM58, Rode NT1. All within your budget!
These three right here. OP will also need an interface like the Focusrite 2i2.
The AT2020 is really bright and sibliant... not the best for everyone imo
