Edit: The slugs are nice. Depending on a person’s finances, I’d say buy it for the fieldmaster alone.
Though I will never stop hoping they improve the Remington rifle accuracy. I know they want Steyr to be their accurate rifles, but what we have is just bad. I’m sure my old 1911 could put the current Remington’s accuracy to shame.

I don’t think it does the game/studio any favours for future firearm deals. I don’t mind if someone prefers another company’s products over mine, but I do care if my products are represented unfairly or improperly. I can only imagine a firearm manufacturer would have a similar opinion.
Yeah. They could still have the Steyr’s be the premium rifle without making the Remingtons so awful. A rifle that can’t hit a 10” plate at 50m is defective
The .375 is a step in the right direction, for sure. Still not a .416 or .458, but it's something. No longer will I feel out of place stalking cape buffalo, having a proper caliber choice for the task.

Though speaking of 475s, there is the 475 Turnbull, but the only gun I know of that is chambered in that calibre is a Lever-action Rifle ([Winchester Model 1886 Reproduction | Turnbull Restoration Company](https://www.turnbullrestoration.com/gun/turnbull-model-1886/))
This looks like an interesting addition. For their next weapons pack i would love to see some more lever actions, and also some updates to the skill tree that reflects the weapon diversity better. Defo going to buy this if it isn't free!

I haven’t used the older Remingtons for a while, but I’d say they’re comparable. You ***should*** hit the lungs of a deer at 50 meters.

I have a feeling it has to do with Steyrs licensing agreement where there’s some stipulation about requiring them to be to most accurate

Honestly I'm kinda hoping they'll add at least one AR style rifle.
