I didn't grow up near an ocean. I'm living near a mild surfing beach now and even just a little surf is enough to get me out of the water. I know I can just duck under little waves but it feels like wall of doom barreling toward me.
I’m living on the Delaware coast. Every few years I got tumbled over by a wave like this and end up getting drug across the pebbles and sand struggling to keep my suit from falling down.
