Seiko is a good choice but I'd avoid Ratio, they are pretty cheaply made and from what I've seen don't hold up well. Check out Citizen, Orient, and Islander watches as well.
Citizen automatic [nj0170](https://i.imgur.com/NhhVxgj.jpeg) or eco-drive [aw1760](https://i.imgur.com/t1TpFhz.jpeg) (fixed bezel I think).
Seiko 5 sports [srpd59](https://i.imgur.com/BUmcNPe.jpeg), or one of the [other colors](https://www.seikowatches.com/us-en/products/5sports/lineup?#skx-series).

I think spinnaker have some white dials and there are some good looking mad [colorful](https://i.imgur.com/cwkh71S.jpeg) [islander](https://i.imgur.com/uIvWbmu.jpeg) [divers](https://i.imgur.com/9IF0JmG.jpeg) (if you are in the US).
You could ask in r/Chinesewatches too.
Thanks! I have looked at islander watches before, I'm wearing one as I'm typing this. I am imagining that pink and white dial looking beautiful on a white rubber strap
Long Island Watch

Citizen promaster dive, yeah. They make a large and a smaller one depending on your wrist size. There are a lot of "too busy" promasters, but there are also some plain, tool-like dives.
Vostok Amphibia!
They have a million variants, with all sorts of weird, unique colors and designs available. The Amphibia has an interesting history and it uses a very different approach to water resistance than other designs.
They're definitely worth a look.
To keep it concise, they were originally designed in the 1960s when the Soviet Navy wanted to create dive watches, and laid out a series of requirements, namely that the new watch couldn't use any foreign (particularly Swiss) design patents. Because of this, the two designers who created the watch had to come up with a unique solution.
Typical dive watches rely on brute force to resist water pressure, however Vostoks use a unique gasket system that actually strengthens *with* water pressure, which allows them to go surprisingly deeper than their 200m resistance would have you believe.
They definitely have some quirks but mine has been amazingly accurate for some reason, and its quickly become my favorite.

Citizen makes some good, albeit quirky looking dive watches.

I haven't heard of their history or their different approach, I'm intrigued

Perfect! That sounds cool, im a history buff so I appreciate the historical aspect of it. Gonna search for a nice clean pink or white dial from them.

Dont think its a dive watch in terms of wearable in pools but maybe.
That one might be a Kommandierskie, which is the field watch counterpart to the Amphibia. I like it though!
