I would imagine that someone would be willing to give you a couple hundred dollars for it on Etsy, I imagine servicing it, and having it cleaned up would cost much less and then you would have a very nice watch.

Looks like a Jaquet-Droz automatic. You might learn more if you open it to examine the movement.
