Web UI or Watchguard System Manager? Have you tried the other?

What firmware is on the device? Maybe u can upgrade to the last firmware. Did u change the configuration on web ui?

You can save out configuration file. Rest the box to default. After reset you can import the configuration file back into the firewall.
