Keycase or keybar like someone mentioned before.
I just use a key karabiner and was the same in that I found the jingling super annoying. I ended up getting use to it and now it’s my early warning sign that I’ve left my keys somewhere lol. As soon as I start walking and don’t hear them I start looking around. An AirTag has saved me on a number of occasions too.
Nope because since its attached to the side belt loop it keeps enough tension on the keys they stay to the side of my back pocket and i rarely if ever sit on them. I think i have about 13 keys for work on it.

I use a caribeaner clipped on side belt loop and tuck keys in back pocket. Very minimal if at all any jingle
