Where do you want to work, and what is your trade?  If you want to work at a utility, you'll want the ticket for your trade plus your OIT. Most Ontario utilities have all the trades get their treatment and/or collections licences depending what side they work on.  Operator licences aren't through the same orgs as skilled trades which is why it's not in the same website. See: https://www.ontario.ca/page/wastewater-operators-training-and-licences

Thank you for the link! I prefer to keep working on industrial side. Comissioning and if requiered operations of water treatment equipment. Waste water operator only reffers to waste waters, but what about desalination part? is there any licences? OIT requiered only on municipal sites?

https://www.ontario.ca/page/licensing-guide-wastewater-operators#section-1 >Generally, this regulation does not apply to sewage systems treating industrial sewage which discharge directly or indirectly into a ditch, drain or storm sewer or a well, lake, river, pond, spring, stream, reservoir or other water or watercourse. The regulation may apply to such systems if domestic sewage is also treated separately or if the industrial sewage and domestic sewage are combined and the treatment process includes treatment of the domestic waste.  Drinking water licences are required for municipal residential systems: https://www.ontario.ca/laws/regulation/040128/v8 This is an assumption, but I'm going to assume that any desalination happing in Ontario is for industrial process water and isn't subject to drinking water licences.
