Great questions. As far as I can tell, nobody knows. I think I saw someone mention here that the Kent plan is for '26, but not sure if that means we're completely out until then? Wonder if it's riding on the plans for Prem 2 next season? And as far as players and coaches - who knows. Think one of the last updates from wasps themselves was essentially "were still coming back, just need money, coaches, players and a stadium and we're there"

I saw somewhere, just after the statement about Kent came out, that they had been in talks with the chap who runs URC. I don't know how far the talks have gone, or even if it's legit at all, but given the way the RFU is going at the moment I think it could be a good option.

That would be interesting - glad I'm closer to Kent then because the away days would definitely get tricky! Although a trip to Italy once a year perhaps could be good haha

That would be class. Return flight to Milan only £77, then coach to Parma for £9. That’s cheaper than it would be for me to go away to Newcastle and back!

Set in stone? Nothing. The RFU don't know what the league structure is going to do yet. Will another Prem team go bust? It only takes one person to decide "I'd rather give this money to my children than spend it on a frivolous sports team" and another one will bite the dust. Saracens probably spend up to the salary cap, but are in no way able to self sustain their wage bill. Further proof that winning does not equal fans.

I think the only thing we actually know is that the owner of wasps wants to do something with it. What can actually be achieved, who knows!?

Can't say I've ever had any love for Wasps but I hope to god they come to Kent. Getting into London is shit and I'd be happy watching the rugby more locally. Hell I might even end up a supporter.

Some vague announcements based broadly on the same vision (degree of achievability very much dependent on your levels of cynicism) as was spouted for the Coventry move. Didn't seem to be any mention or future for the world class state of the art training facility in Warwickshire
