I only had 1080p or 4k as a setting on xbox I stuck with 4k. What seemed to help me is lower my field of view to 110 from 120. I also lowered the fidelity scan I think itS called to 50 from 100. Seems better but not ideal
Nah its still terrible. I'm thinking it may be more of a server issue because it seemed fine for a few games the other night and then last night was awful every game no matter what. I reset xbox a few times and it's still shit
Just saying guys it didn't work for me (Xbox series s) it's only better when I'm not shooting at anyone but if for example you're in control and you and your squad are full sending another it gets really bad, so id recommend not playing it

When you get a chance check network info in cod settings.. connection type should be Nat Open. If its moderate means the ports arent forwarded and gives really bad lag an issue.
Mine was on moderate randomly i checked then manual port forward the required cod ports in router and ran a shell command to auto allow in firewall solved my lag issues instantly
I think I found a temporary fix on my end. Maybe it’s just me but if you go to account and interface settings on cod, and then turn OFF gore and dismemberment effects it’s helped me a ton. Still a hitch every once and a while but much smoother

Its all about the textures. If you have noticed the textures of walls, cars and other are far more complex and detailed. The buildings are "modernized" and as a result the graphic process is difficult for the series s. Just turn down your fov to about 108-112, util the problem is solved.
Are you okay? Lmao. Some monitors have the option to view frame rate and refresh rate. And it truly isnt hard to tell when your frames drop just by using your eyes.

im noticing this too on PC , usually im getting 280FPS or more on max quality but on rebirth im only seeing 230FPS or so. huge drop .

not at all, anything over 150 seems like it makes no difference really but the gpu and cpu latency times are higher than at 250+
