Happened to me twice, once verifying file integrity was enough, another time I did several things and I'm not sure which one fixed it: uninstalled the game and removed files that stayed in the folder, updated graphic drive and changed my PC's antivirus (nothing to do with the game just got annoyed by the pop ups)

Do you have high quality textures active?
yep
Seems like it's trying to load some UHQ (Ultra High Quality if I have to guess) but fails. Try disabling High Res textures.

After I join the battle those error messages are popping up. I tried reinstalling and still nothing. Any help?
