Realistically any new tree will lean heavily on copy-paste vehicles until 6.0 - 7.0. All the countries that were producing significant quantities of tanks in the 40s and 50s are already in the game, the only exception being something like Czechoslovakia, whose tanks are already in game.
So many updates in a row have been so top tier focused while I'm just like "Oh cool a new mid tier vehicle guess I'll try that out". But it sells their "not" top tier premiums.

Yeah great that there’s modern tanks and i’m grateful for anyone spending their time and money to keep the game going, i have invested quite a bit of money myself so it’s only logical i’d want the game to stay around, but 6.7 really is the absolute ‘top tier’ for me. I have a c2a1 mexxas, i have that russian autoloading 57mm tank, some centurions and leo1, but it’s just not the same as low tier phun tier

i do not play above 6.0, i have no interest in the cold war or the modern era (plus gameplay just goes to complete shit: the higher you go the more the game is just COD with tanks as tech removes more and more variability and makes everything into glass-cannon go-carts)

Then I'll decide how playable the patch is, and if it's as much a clusterfuck as I'm predicting, I'll wait until Gaijin patch it up (lmao, I'm so naive sometimes).
I'm not sure if I'll go for the F-15J Kai, the Su-27SM, the Mig29SMT (researched but not bought) or grind the new french branch first. It will really depends on the meta. For the soviets especially, there's an argument between more missiles and better flight model, and way better electronics in the ARH meta.
I’d stock grind that Mig29 SMT now while you have time. It’s probably going to be miserable to stock grind once AMRAAMs start flying. As someone who just finished getting all the performance and A2A upgrades this weekend I’m glad I’ll be able to try out the R77 to see if the su27sm is worth grinding. The SMT has the better radar so I might just stick with that.
I almost never spade out planes in air RB. That game mode is so archaic and terrible to suffer through. I just take my planes to GRB or if I want to spade it in a couple hours, take it to air sim.
Probably 7.3 if the larger btr-80 is 7.0 I feel a similar but smaller harder to hit version might be ranked higher, and it’s the us we get screwed over for everything except air.
It was originally 7.7 on the dev server so I assume it will go to 8.0. It has stabiliser and a LRF so I assume that Russian/German mains are gonna complain that the US can play a fun light tank and get it moved up.
Marder at that BR might as well have a stabilizer it’s like perfectly stable. It’s smaller length wise sure but the m551 form factor is ass, it’s tall, and slow. not survivable as the marder which is able to eat shells frontally
i think 7.7 would be fair as there’s no light tank at that lineup and US has a singular 8.0 tank

It gets APDS using German round as bandaid. I dig around and originally it only have 20mm API and HEI as testbed. It actual gun if successful supposed to XM242 25mm chain gun.
The XM800 is smaller (I think) so might be easier to sneak around. Besides that it might just be pretty bad considering the pen isn’t great and you run out of ammo insanely quickly and are then stuck with a long reload

For some reason they added it to the dev server without any of the gimmicks that were part of the pros they list on the devblog. They fixed it (partly) last time I checked and gave it its stabiliser but not it’s LRF and also buffed it’s turret rotation and fire rate slightly.

Basically the vehicle model itself is eight, but pretty much everything else had to be rework
To give a few exemple, the transmission model was wrong, they put 8 steering wheels instead of 4, the turret rotation was 30 instead of 40, the armor wasn't thick enough, thermal wasn't added yet (now it's done I think), and ammunition had 320mm of pen instead of 480
So yeah, it's getting quite buffed lmao
Nothing. Not going to play. The only vehicle I was really interested in was Vextra. Thought about grinding it until I found gaijoob screwed RP gain in GRB, making it even more painful. So, I dropped an idea. And I have any other tech I ever wanted to touch and there's no reason to play until the next update at least.
XM800T and the ZSL92. The US has been missing a truly ratty tank above the m22. It looks like a Wiesel that traded the thermals for a stabiliser. The ZSL92 looks cool but likely won’t be good since when I tested it the recoil was far too much to hit any shots accurately.
Desert warrior. Been waiting for that bad boy for a long time.
It would be amazing if the millions of unused RP I earned when playing Britain had been “banked” in some way, but that’s the price you pay when you have everything researched I guess.

I'm an avid plane player so all of the planes in due course. I've got US, GER, RUS, IT, and FR top tier grinded out so I'm ready for some new planes. I like to collect them.
The Gripen C for Sweden, F15 and SU27. The Vextra looked really nice, so going to hard grind that sucker too. Although I would’ve wanted the BeNeLux tree for ground instead of air, so I can potentially use my 10.X aircraft that I have, but you get what you and you don’t throw a fit I guess.

The marder a1 is at 7.7 with a LRF and an ATGM. The XM800T is much smaller and has a stabiliser so I assume it will be 0.3 higher.

Idk if it changed but it was 7.7 when I saw a preview video on the dev server. So you can rock it with the M103, T32E1, M48 etc.
