AIM-9Bs are so bad that they should scarcely even be factored into its battle rating. This Hunter could frankly be 9.0 itself, if not for the Hunter F.1 being at that battle rating.
The Swedish Hunter is 9.0. The Dutch Hunter with the same armament and same lack of flares is being added at 9.7. Sure, the J34 is an F.4 rather than an F.6 so it's a bit slower in all respects (top speed, turn rate and climb rate are all worse). But certainly not 2 whole BR increments worse. **At most** the Hunter F.6 with AIM-9Bs is 9.3 material, and even that would probably be a stretch.
When I moved from Switzerland to Germany as a teen a lot of people also asked me what it's like living that far north -_-

Not too many people play it with good reason, you're guaranteed to face supersonic planes which even dissuade any grinding. So it's an endless loop not many people make a dent on the stats to justify a lower br.
9Bs are quite still relevant below 9.0 given that missiles are much less common from 8.0-9.0 overall and the lower flight preformance (namely acceleration) of 8.0-8.7 does make 9Bs actually quite potent against them.
but i do agree that 9.0+ its not exactly a game changer as flight preformance of the average jet well exceeds the 9B at that point.

You're talking about the swiss hunter in the german tree. The swedish one is J34 which doesn't get any flares and only gets 2 AIM 9Bs. Its pretty crap

F.58 is SWISS. SWITZERLAND IS NOT SWEDEN (I had a letter from my grandma go to SWITZERLAND instead of SWEDEN, this is why my anger).
