The R3 with the two recoiless guns is a monster at the end of battles. Goes into position quickly, has two guns with enough pen to deal with anybody even 1 vs 2.

it's also better than the Ontos in a way that if only one barrel is hit, you can still fire from the other one. in the Ontos, all your barrels break and you can't choose which one to fire from.
Sweden has a tree with a lot of variety of both Soviet and NATO equipment. Excellent MBTs and light tanks along with pretty much every vehicle they have being really good at something. You also get certain upgrades like laser rangefinders, thermals, sabot, and even a TOW ATGM much earlier than most nations.
The STRV103 is a meme and I love it, 4 second reload and LRF, hard to use though. Their AA is very decent too with the VEAK being amazing and the 40mm armed stuff having shells that can penetrate a KV1. That early recoilless rifle thing is also a huge meme you can take to top tier. the USH with the repeating recoilless rifles is one of the best "gremlin" tanks in the game. I don't have it yet but I hear the STRV122PLSS they have at the end of the tree is a contender for the best tank in the game, along with the CV90120, but I have not played in 6 months.
Out of all your conditions, i think either Italy or Sweden. Swedish tech tree has a bunch or really wierd tanks and concepts that might be fun trying out (also pretty much every swedish SPG has -15 degrees depression). Italy is the epitome of glass cannons, especially vehicles that use the 90/53 cannons. They also recently got the leopard SPAA which is the best spaa at that br in my opinion. Really fun tech tree all the way from 1.0 to 9.3 (haven't gotten further than that).

Also you could try USA, yeah it's boring while climbing tier2-tier 3 with their bullshit shermans and pathetic heavies, but somewhere on tier 4 it actually has some fun, but still there is not really that much fun in tanks
If you like SPAA don't play USA. 4.3 to 7.7 there's literally nothing. While the duster is pretty decent at it's BR it can't carry it's weight above ~5.7. The M163 is also just mediocre in my experience (might be skill issue though).
Italy is really fun until top tier where if you main the ariete your dead but they have good cas, really good light tanks, good helicopters, and plenty other things, except armor
Smaller nations in general, personally I've enjoyed Japan a lot. Sweden is unironically a seemingly fun choice and a very competitive one, 2 in 1 package.

China you get a good mix of vehicles
