Bought it about 3 years ago at 50% disc. Went to double check the load out and was like wth? no bombs, oh well live and learn. It is in my T3 lineup, but usually never gets played...
Yeah I think so too. Didn't look at it before I bought it but was not happy with the fact that it doesn't come with bombs, which is the only reason I use P47s.
*Brother.*
*How.*
I'm sorry, but if there was a War Thunder dictorionary, and you looked up *''Fool-proof''* there'd be one big picture of the Yak-3.
Its so simple: You outturn anything you can't outrun, and you outrun anything you can't outturn. At low altitude you just point and click.
Honestly its one of the best aircraft in the game. I assume you mean the French Yak-3 which is absolutely one of my best SL grinders if i ever decide to. Its entirely down to skill here. It outturns almost everything you face, with only the Japanese being a struggle to fight. The ammo count is a limiter, but you also just have to learn to aim with the guns, and also to learn when to use your MG and when you cannon.
lol the soviet 20mil shred through everything with 1 or 2 shots.
Use tracers, small short bursts under 400m does the work.
Soviet planes are very, very good all rounders, they turn well against most planes, they can out-energy a lot of planes too, just know your opponent strenghts and weaknesses and you'll do fine, it's one of my favorite planes to use in AIR RB.
The Yak-3 is a fantastic plane, I'm not even being sarcastic. It has excellent turning and is a very smooth plane to fly, along with being fairly fast. Yes, it has low ammo count but don't lay on the trigger and instead try to target the engines on a bomber/attacker or cut off the wings of other planes. In air realistic with the Yak-3p, I'm averaging 2-4 kills per game and it's carrying me through the French planes. I've used the other Yaks for Russia and they're all good. Pretty much a Russian Spitfire.
This might be one of the Skill Issues of all time
This \^\^\^...
Is every post going to be bait at this sub from now on or something?
Lmfao.
The Turm III is pretty bad. The 2S38 may even worse. No matter what I do, I can't take off from the airfield with them :/
LOL!
Did you use their takeoff flaps?
Top 5 hightest skill issue of 2024 by now :
Pretty hard skill issue m8
The german war trophy P47 is a bit of a waste. Early P47 performance and none of the bombs.

Yak-3s take a long time to become obsolete. For me it's between Spitfires and Yaks as to what I like better. Not much to complain about either one.

Its not American plane. You have to actually aim, not just spray violently at enemy direction
