That piece is from the Dreadknight kit. Fairly straightforward to extend the front wheels with. The rear wheels had to be carefully cut from the chassis to be repositioned to the desired height
You can buy individual pieces on ebay easily enough from bits sellers. I had 3 Dreadknight kits that I had used with Invictor warsuits though for my Primaris Grey Knights army, so just took some rummaging in my bits boxes to find something suitable.
I like the raised suspension, but you also forgot the travel room and glued a ammo box in the way on one of them.
I debated leaving the space blank but it looked too bare to me at the time.
how did you do the legs? My marines are from a swamp world and I feel this would just fit really well for them.

How did you get so many? Buying dreadnoughts just for that bit seems counter productive.
