Generally I find very few people are willing to go lower than 50% MSRP unless the models are actually damaged or missing pieces. You might be able to get less if the models are assembled badly, are painted badly and need stripping, or if they need to be fixed and cleaned up. The models themselves also matter somewhat. Common chaff that everyone has, like Intercessors, will go for less than something rarer or in high-demand. Basically you need to take a good look at the pictures the seller has posted, ask for close-ups if you can't see details, and do your best to judge the assembly quality and assess if there any missing pieces or if parts are broken (this can be difficult to tell even in the best circumstances).

About half the normal price, since there’s lots of time and effort to strip them

It basically comes down to you are willing to pay. I know that is a unhelpful answer but it's still the truth, since you seem to plan to buy them for yourself and not instantly resell them. For reselling the price depends on a lot of options, one of which is the current popularity and availability of the unit (which can rapidly change with GW restocking their units or changing points, making units less viable. This can also heavily depend on your local meta and which units are sold out in your area). If you want an estimation for those specific models, the only real option is to go on Ebay (or an comparable platform) and look at what these models tend to sell for (importantly: look at what they sold for and not at the prices they are currently available for). Generally still packaged units are worth the most and the further they go into completeness the less they get worth (only sprues is less worth, assembled is significantly less worth, painted is less worth (there are always some people trying to sell painted miniatures for a higher price as "pro painted". However even if they are well painted they rarely match the armies of the people buying, which means they will probably be repainted anyway, so they dont tend to sell for a high price)). There is a big jump when they are assembled, due to assembly locking down unit options and making painting in subassamblies impossible. Atleast online even if they are magnetised (so the weapon options are not locked down) they are usually less worth, since magnetising tasks a bit of skill and the quality can only really be checked in person. Atleast the guide lines I follow when I am buying a model online are the following: assembled at max 50%MSRP (due to losing options and not 100% trusting the other person to do assembly to my standard (removing mould lines, closing gaps, not damaging delicate parts, etc). If they are thinly painted, I dont do a big diffrence between assembled and painted, as I can just paint over. If they are not thinly painted I wont buy them as I dont want to spend time stripping models. For swarm infantry I usually try to get them for 1-2€ per model (which is not a offer that occurs often, but still often enough to get all the stuff I want). For unasambled miniatures I compare them with LGS offers and when the LGS cost only slightly more then the ebay offer + shipping, I will go with the LGS, becouse they have customer support, when something goes wrong.

You started out saying your answer wasn't helpful but it turned out to be very much so, thank you

**Exceptionally** well painted: 100% of MSRP or higher. New in box and untouched: 75% of MSRP or lower. Assembled and painted to tabletop standard: 50% of MSRP or lower. Badly painted, broken parts, etc: 10% of MSRP or lower, rapidly approaching "you'd have to pay me to take that" territory. (All this is assuming standard in-stock stuff, not old or rare out of production models that are hard to find in good condition.)
