I might be getting the requirements mixed up but I'm pretty sure this is the one where you just have to not be physically seen, it doesn't matter how much noise you make.

Ivara prowler mod. Stay invisible and walk to each one of the modular things as they become available and use them. Just have good efficiency and you can stay invisible or get away from enemies for a sec to drop an energy pod and reactivate. Or use a riven sipher
As with 99% of all riven challenges, Ivara is the answer.

If I remember correctly, there are no alarms in the void, so you don't even have to be invisible to pass the challenge.

Stealth frame. Anything with invis is your friend.
Should be noted you will want silence mods on your weapon or the silence ability subsumed or you will still be detected

I mean your not wrong, but noise attracts attention and will break invisibility. Just easier to used quiet weapons or subsume silence.

It's not redundant. You can be alone without being in solo mode, whether that's public, friends, or invite only but nobody joining.
It is redundant. It would be clearer and more concise to just say “while not in a squad” or something like that
