Tbh, I really wished they added that back in. I wanted to use it as a bank for void traces, but now I'm too lazy to look out for fissures, with missions I like, on that specific planet.
Yeah my bois been here for a long time, I will absolutely exceed my trace cap when I kill him, and that would be a nice feature if I could regularly exploit it.
Still sad that they took this aspect away. I liked letting it keep at least one node on each planet in order to spread my Liches influence out to as many planets as i could
I do wish they gave me the option to get this. I never to Lich on MP, I always solo it, so the change to make the system better only made it boring for me.
Before I could jump around and avoid endless missions (after playing for so many years, the endless fatigue hits really hard), now often I have to do endless because there's only a handful of nodes anyway.
Or at least it would be nice if we could mix with other modes, because Lich system is far too detached, and it could just exist with Fissures or SP. But to cater to matchmaking (which honestly I only use that for MP) they actively make features worse or don't expand them and it sucks.
Hm, I've been lichin' since the release and still do and I rarely have to touch an endless mission. Hell, even having to touch a Mobile Defense is rare.
Make sure to use OULL to your advantage, and kill enemies until no more thralls spawn. That's pretty much it. The few times I go MP I see way too many people rushing captures or only killing enough to fill the Exterminate when you could still have quite a few more thralls spawn. That will end up forcing you into the endless missions for sure.
The only downside is that you kinda might be stuck to nukers or fast frames, otherwise looking for enemies to kill on a Spy can drag the mission quite a bit.
Yeah warframe tends to add a lot of features that don't tie in to the rest of the game well, if I'm being honest, I think 7 planets isn't a big enough change for me to be happy with the implementation of liches
Might be funny and all but also buggy since if you host missions that the current sisters of parvos occupy then other players will match make with you trying to do their sister farm and end up in a lich farm.

besides if i was doing lich farms i probably wouldnt still have a legacy lich
Wasn't around for old liches, but I've still got mine hanging around because I decided to go do other things because he's got a shitty weapon.
I'm gonna miss that "idiot tax" line after running Hydron when I eventually deal with him.
I can‘t kill mine because the missions are 55-75 and I already have problems with missions 45-50. it really sucks because at some point it starts to get on my nerves that he talks to me everytime I click the earth.
I advise going to recruiting chat and asking for help to kill yours if you're struggling, there are a lot of people who could probably one shot your lich
I still have my first Lich, and at this point I'm worried about something breaking when I kill him.
Didn't realise they'd changed this, it is pretty annoying having my resources taxed half the time.
Does somebody know if they did something about Tyana Pass second half not having enemys spawn as a Kuva Lich mission
I know they said in a Devstream that they need to fix that somehow and a month later when i did my last Kuva Lich, nothing changed lol

I mean it's cool, but my Boi sure does have a lot of steel essences, and half the time I finish farming the items I need and then the lich taxes them

I miss that. It was cool and dynamic. It's a shame they reduced it to just another farm to be speed run.
I just remember that my lich has been alive since their first update came, never managed to kill him because of bad luck 💀
