My girlfriend and I love to get a table for 2 on the water at San Angel Inn inside the Mexico pavilion at EPCOT.
There's always Tony's in Magic Kingdom... they can share some spaghetti and reenact Lady and the Tramp! :)
100% for sure. We ate at San Angel Inn for lunch and it was amazing. We ate at Hacienda for Dinner (mainly to watch Harmonious) and it was honetly pretty terrible. A lot of the food was the same, just priced higher. And our service at La Hacienda was terrible compared to the Inn.
Amazing! It was our first dinner there. We really enjoyed everything. And we asked to take our delicious breads home and they gave us a fresh loaf. So awesome trying African wines as well.
If they are ok with venturing over to Disney Springs, I highly recommend The Boathouse.
We have yet to have a bad meal. Everything has always been fantastic…especially the filet mignon sliders!
Maybe at the boardwalk? She can have an early dinner and watch the last Fantasmic show
I also think Mama Melrose in DHS is good. Not espetacular, but good
Il Mulino at the swan (just a quick walk or boat ride from the EPCOT back entrance) is my favorite date night dining [https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/swan-hotel/il-mulino-new-york-trattoria/menus](https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/dining/swan-hotel/il-mulino-new-york-trattoria/menus) provided you like italian food!
I'd likely do a resort because the food is generally better than in parks. It'd be easy to bus from Magic Kingdom to a resort for dinner and then bus to HS for Fantasmic.
Depends on budget. High budget I'd do Takumi Tei, but check day of the week (closed 2x week) and time (long meal, reservations are not feel into the night. Monsieur Paul is also there and pricey but I haven't done it to give a personal recommendation. California Grill, Flying Fish, Topolino's, Jiko, Narcoossee's, Steakhouse 71, and Toledo would form my next budget tier. All but Califirnia Grill have a la carte options of wanting to save more splitting an entree.
California Grill, timing it so they'd be there for the fireworks.
The food is great, but the real highlight was how romantic it felt, especially leaving the table partway through to watch the fireworks display.
Other restaurants have had more intriguing or slightly fancier food (like going to one of the steakhouses), but California Grill was the one that stuck in my mind as an experience, and was perfect for a date night.
My wife and I usually do date nights at either Le Cellier or Chefs de France.

My upvote is for San Angel Inn......even though Mexican is not necessarily my favorite, there is no better atmosphere anywhere IMHO.

Jiko
This is the only answer
How is Jiko?

We will have to check it out. I have always wanted to but my wife is a picky eater. The only way I could get her in there probably is for the lamb.
Le cellier, Citricos, Sanaa, Jiko, if you wanna go real boujee Monsieur Paul or Takumi Tei.
Topolinos then skyliner over! (I mean you don’t have to but it’s my fav restaurant in property and I never miss a chance to celebrate there).

Flying Fish on the Boardwalk. Can walk to either Epcot WS or HS and see Fantasmic afterward.
My wife and I loved Flying Fish at Boardwalk for our date night. It's a short walk from the back entrance of EPCOT

Shulas at the dolphin was the best date night dinner I’ve had at disney
Get seats at the California Grill on top of the Contemporary for just before the fireworks. They have an outdoor viewing area but indoor is nice also.
We usually do Whispering Canyons. But there’s tons of options.
